The Sheraton Oklahoma City Hotel pool deck is currently undergoing needed repairs caused by the recent severe storms which occurred in Oklahoma City this past week. We are doing everything possible to expedite these efforts in order to open the Pool area sometime during the Memorial Day Holiday Weekend. In the interim, we have other options available for pool use with our downtown Oklahoma City partners. The Management of the Sheraton Oklahoma City Hotel apologizes for this inconvenience, and appreciates your understanding during this time. Step into the Sheraton Oklahoma City Hotel in the heart of downtown and you’ll immediately feel the excitement. Located within steps of the Cox Convention Center and across from the Ford Center Arena, we are downtown’s largest business and convention hotel with all meeting space located under one roof. An underground concourse connects our hotel to most of downtown, giving you convenient access to the city's venues and corporate offices. The comfort of our spacious guest rooms, executive desk with Wi-Fi (fee applies), and two-line phones with data ports allow you to stay connected to home, even when you’re miles away. Slip beneath the cozy duvet of the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper(SM) Bed and rest up for the next day. We also offer great services like a 24-hour business center, full restaurant and lounge, and 24-hour room service. Our large outdoor swimming pool, sun deck, and well-equipped cardiovascular exercise center help you make the most of your stay. We are within two walking blocks of the Bricktown Entertainment District where you’ll find 30 restaurants, bars, clubs, and a variety of entertainment. The famed Adventure District is a short 15-minute drive and features a lot of the area's major attractions and museums. We look forward to welcoming you to the 100% non-smoking Sheraton Oklahoma City Hotel.

Convenient to Capitol

Most of my visit to Oklahoma City requiered trips back and forth to the Capitol. Hotel proved a convenient location for the pickups and dropoffs I needed. Also close to Bricktown and the development around the river. When I discovered that there was no ironing board in my room, one was delivered quickly - and I was offered a $20 discount on expnditures in the hotel as an apology. As I never was able to use it, the discount would have been of greater benefit to me if it had applied to my room charge, but it was still a nice gesture.

You get what you pay for!

A great place to stay when visiting Bricktown. At first I complained about the expense of room rate. Then I realized...... Easy walking distance. You can jump on the free trolley and ride all over the place. No cheap window unit AC in this place. Super cold internal A/C was quiet and kept room perfect. Huge TV with tons of movies to pick from. Nice roof top pool on the 3rd floor. Parking was only $7 a day. Not far from huge shopping mall.

It sucked

I rather stay in Days Inn. Breakfast was horrible for the price they billed. Our flight was cancelled and we called to cancel reservation for one night at hotel too. When we called they said it was cancelled but they didnot cancel the reservation and charged us for the stay. No customer service , very direct people to deal with , not good at all. Never staying there and letting my friends and family to avoid this hotel.

Dining tip: Long walk from hotel

There is nothing around the hotel. You must walk around 10 minutes to get to any decent restaurant. When we asked if there was anything to do near by, the staff told us there was a bowling alley and movie theater in fifteen minutes walk. No shuttle service available for the guests.

A great weekend excursion

i liked the hotel overall, seeing as how id never been to Oklahoma. The hotel had no odors as some of the other revies stated, and it seemed to be just another above-average class hotel

Busy Place

Why does an expensive hotel still charge for in-room internet access? Looks so dang cheap and I expect better from an "upscale" hotel. It is clean but rather ordinary - the beds are pretty awsome. The dining is typically hotel expensive, however serving staff was very nice. The bar person needs to be trained that women traveling alone are customers to be waited on, not ignored. Very easy access to anything downtown.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Cabs fares are high, construction gives them the excuse to drive in a lot of circles, just walk whenever you can is a great alternative.

Mislead!

We booked a room that had a KING bed and the confirmation email stated "sweet sleeper bed/bliss bath". Pretty explanatory huh! Well when we got there it was a room with two doubles and an ordinary bathtub. When I advised the mgmt I reserved a King bed, they stated "All of our beds are sweet sleepers and bliss bath is our bath products". I feel I was mislead by either [...] and SHERATON. Although SHERATON mgmt did get me into a room with a King bed, they made me feel as though I should never have assumed "sweet sleeper, singular" can mean two doubles! By the way, the bath products did not have the word BLISS, anywhere on the label. I have reservations (no pun intended) about using [...] or SHERATON again and advise anyone not to even bother.I am also waiting for one of the room charges to dissapear as SHERATON and [...] both charged me for one night.I grew up poor and when my family went places we stayed at cheap motels because thats all that my dad could afford. I went to college and got a good job so that I could stay in a nice Hotel and it seems as if the grass isn't always greener... James
