Staff was very attentive and all efforts are made to make my stay special. Property is starting to show significant wear and may influence my choice next time in Tulsa.It is fine for me, but I would not use it again when I travel with others. When the age of the property is coupled with location, it presents as a bit 'run down'. Again, no reflection on staff. Their efforts and attention to our needs is why I will continue to consider staying there myself in the future.

The rooms are clean and a little outdated but, great for the money. Musty smell in hallway and lobby. The pool was great. nice and quiet. Only down side was I booked this because of the free breakfast and when I checked in they had a sign and it said due to new hotel changes that they are not serving breakfast anymore so I had to find a store to get donut or something for breakfast because, we had a tight buget. Other then that I would use this hotel again.

The hotel was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Didn't take long to get downtown to BOK center.

We were on a trip to see friends. It was 105 so we did a lot of hanging out at the pool there. The staff was always friendly. Cookies made a great quick snack. I very much enjoyed my stay there.

Just what I expected

I got into town at 8PM. Went and got somthing to eat. Came back, watched a little tv, went to bed, and left at 6:30 am. Room was clean and quite. Just what I wanted! CHEEP SLEEP!

Good Choice for the Price

The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The room was alright, there were some bugs but no cockroaches or bedbugs. Housekeeping did not come by as much as they should have. The complementary breakfast consisted of cold biscuits and gravy, cereal, and not much else so we were not very impressed. But we were only there for a wedding that weekend and wanted to stay someplace cheap, and this hotel good enough for that.

Good:
- Location
- Staff were kind and helpful.
- Check in/out was quick.
- Wake up calls never missed
Bad:
- No iron in room, borrowed iron was old and leaking.
- Bedding/linens were worn and shabby.
- No small table in room's seating area
- Carpet was absolutely FILTHY!
- Only two tables for the breakfast and, since there was no space for them, they were right in front of the front desk. People checking in are standing right next to your table while You're trying to eat your breakfast. Very bad layout.
