In town for an interview. The hotel shuttle picked me up at the airport and even took me to and from my interview the next day. Car rental is expensive in Tulsa so this was a big plus

Very nice, new, clean hotel with a very helpful staff! The only downside was the pool is so new that they had not had it inspected so we were not allowed to swim. However, the staff made a phone call and we were able to use the facilities at the Crowne Plaza just around the corner.

The location is convenient when visiting Daughter at University of Tulsa. Smoking too close to the entrance was my only problem. I do not like smoke but it makes my asthma flair up is really bad. I'd like to see the chain go no smoking like many others. That would be better for everyone!!!

I booked this room for my son's honeymoon night. I spoke with the hotel myself to confirm everything. I told them it was their wedding night and they said they would try and do something special. They gave them potato chips. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and they would not use it. I paid a lot of money for this room and I think it was awful for newlyweds.

Check in after 1100 pm. The office was closed and had to ask another guest how to get hold of the office. A phone was around the corner for you to call onsite management. They responded immediately. At first they could not find my reservation then was found shortly after. Had to sign in and sign my guest registration on a newspaper stand next to the phone in the breezeway.
The room was basic. Clean and in good working condition. Many working people use this facility and it got noisy at 5 am. Check out was simple and without a hassle. The room i had included a small kitchen with utensils, stove microwave fridge and coffee maker. All were clean and in good working order.
I Would recommend staying here.

The only bad thing of the hotel is that you have to pay for the WiFi where other hotels offer it for free. They said that they had free internet on the lobby, but who wants to spend their time in the lobby?

We travel often and this was the best ever! The accomodations were awesome and every member of the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs with maps, directions, advice - even cookies and lemonade in the afternoons! They showed a genuine interest in each guest. They are mailing our left phone chargers. Amazing in every way. You will not be disappointed with any facet.

We live outside of town, so my husband & I booked the room so that we could stay in town for New Years Eve. We have stayed at this hotel several times. We were a little disappointed with the room this time because it was a little run down and the bathroom & carpet needed to be cleaned. The bedroom was decorated very modern and that was nice. Because of the fact that we have stayed there several times before with no issues, I am sure that we will give it another chance. Their rates are very reasonable & it usually meets our needs very well.

This hotel is in a bad neighborhood. The room was in serious need of repair. The ceiling was crumbling in my room, carpet dirty.

The hotel was very full and the staff had trouble staying up with the many guests. There was a youth football tournament and a youth soccer tournament, so the hotel was full of kids which while well-behaved taxed the system. Air conditioning was not adequate.
They need to provide free internet. $10 for a couple of hours is excessive. It says for 24 hours, but who stays at a hotel for an overnight stay. You are limited to 20 hours [check in at 3 and check out by 11]. If Motel 6 can provide free Internet why can't Embassy Suites at twice the rate?

Came in late and was checked in quickly. Once in my room, I received a phone call from the front desk making sure my room was ok. Big room with small kitchen, 2 queen beds, and a sleeper sofa! Very quiet hotel!

We were greeted with friendlness at the front desk when we first arrived. Shortly after we went to our room, I went to the front desk to ask about a good place to eat dinner and/or buy a bottle of wine and got oh, I wouldn't know that as a response, with a dirty look. We did not know the area at all, so we drove south on Memorial Drive and there was nothing down there except auto row and a small convenience store/gas station that carried beer only. We turned around a drove back up north towards Hwy 44 and found a Cracker Barrel restaurant to eat dinner. The a.m. lady the morning of the 4th was very nice and friendly though. The bathroom seemed a little crowded and I did not like the horseshoe shaped toilet seat. Otherwise the room was very nice and the bed was wonderful - had a good night's rest the first night of our vacation.

Our first impression wasn't great when the bed headboard fell on my husband's head, but that was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Overall, the hotel was friendly and service good. The room was very clean and the non-advertised free continental breakfast was great. The pool was a lifesaver on a 100 degree day. Good hotel.

The room was basic --- very basic. Some writing was on the wall; noise from the highway was loud in the room; and, the layout of the bathroom and sink was a waste of space. You get what you pay for.

Not my best hotel experience.

I was traveling with my husband, daughter and son-in-law to visit my son at Ft. Sill. When we entered the lobby for check-in, I was impressed at the cleanliness and updated look due to the relatively recent remodel.
However, when we checked into our rooms we found several dead roaches in the bathrooms (2 rooms). We went back down to the lobby to talk to the desk clerk who questioned what we told him about the bugs but offered to give us different rooms - which he checked before giving us the keys.
The replacement rooms were bug-free, but I was a little creeped-out from finding them in the first room. Overall, the room was not as clean as I would expect and the paint and caulking from the remodel looked extremely sloppy giving the whole room a less-than top notch appearance and feel. The bed was comfortable, but the hallways smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke.
Needless to say, after finding the roaches in the first rooms, we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. We instead chose to go down the road to Cracker Barrel.

The hotel is in a really bad part of town and the pool was not operational. The staff promised me the pool would be working within 3 days when I checked in and it still wasn't working after I checked out from a 12 day stay. The room had just been remodeled so it was decent, but it still has the popcorn ceiling from the 70's. Overall, it wasn't a great experience and I would not stay there again.

Hotel was great location for the people I had to visit. We checked in and the staff was nice. The hallway going to our room wreaked of shrimp, but they have kitchens so we realized someone must have cooked. The room was non-smoking marked, but smelled of tobacco smoke. One of the night stands had sticky rings probably from drinks.

Was greeted in a friendly manner. Room was ready with a minimum of effort at check in.
Room was clean, and nice. Did not use pool but checked it out and looked good.
Great breakfast, but small seating area. Bed was comfortable, bath was clean, water was hot.
Only complaint I might have is no ice machine on 2nd floor and no blanket for bed.
Hotel is located just south of I-44 with access at 31st street. Several restaurants and mall south of hotel between 31st a d 71st. Good location.

Was visiting family. the motel was clean and the personnel were wonderful and helpful in answering any of our questions. I would recommend the Quality Inn that we stayed at to anyone who wanted a nice place to stay with reasonable rates.

the man at the front desk was very nice and the room was not bad but... after being there for about 2 minutes we had someone knock at the door and ask to use our phone my husband told her we didnt have one then shut the door well a few minutes later she came back so I called the front desk and the man went looking for her but didnt find her well later when we left the room to find the pool she was in the other hall asking people for money to eat!!!! I told the man at the front desk and he kicked her out but when we came back after dinner she was there again we soon relized that she was able to get in thru the back door because the door latch was busted!!!

No Maid or Room Cleaning at this hotel...

We checked into a room that was suppose to be a non-smoking but had ash trays everywhere. Also, the floor in the bathroom had hair and pieces of paper from the previous guests. We left the room at 10 AM the next morning and arrived back at the hotel around 11 PM. The room was in the same condition we left it in. The room was not cleaned, beds were unmade, no clean towels. When we called the front desk to complain they told us to come down to the front desk and pick up some towels. Nothing else was done and we spent the night with trash cans full and unmade beds.. We will not be back!

The hotel was in a bad location. Lots of road construction around the hotel and was located on a one way street that led you out on the expressway. Pool was closed also.

The staff was friendly. The room was not great. Alot of dust everywhere. The bathroom door would not shut. But the Bed was very comfortable. Not a honeymoon suite but not a bad place to stay for a quick get away to the Tulsa State Fair Hog Show.
Others in our group had very nice rooms.

Staff was polite, room cleanliness was average, location was quiet and close to airport. No real bad experience. Would like to see fresher and more pillows and maybe a larger coffee pot but otherwise pleased with an affordable room.

In 2010, the phrase "A data port in every room" should not mean "an extra plain old phone jack on the telephone set". "WiFi available" should not mean "wifi barely available" or "only available if you make a pact with the devil".
The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was tiny, cramped, and the fixtures were in desperate need of an upgrade.

We did not stay long enough to experience the hotel. But for the short time, they were one of the friendliest hotels we've stayed at. The staff was very helpful in giving us ideas on this things to do. The cookies were great!
