Knights Inn And Suites Allentown

Twice during our stay the fire alarm went off. The first time it went off we were on our way in and were n permitted to enter the room even though the hotel had been cleared. The second time was early in the morning only to find out; there's no fire; their alarm is just not working correctly. That's fun!! The rooms are tiny and the lighting in the room is horrible. The staff is very froendly and helpful; so that is a plus...we were only given one key... Which made seperating very inconvenient. They wouldnt give us another. You get what you pay for but I'm still not sure it was worth what we paid.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly....but the cleaning crew was very loud talking to each other very early in the morning. Woke me up three times,sounded like they were screaming at each other. Breakfast was a joke and the only working ice machine was on the first floor.. the room was small and it looked outdated and dirty.. but like I said you get what you pay for..if you need a cheap place for the night it will do but if you need more nights I would find another place to stay...

horrible, wyndam hotels should be ashamed to put their name on a property such as this,, construction debris in hallway, rooms were dirty, stains on furniture, nasty staff

You get what you pay for with this hotel. If you want the cheapest hotel is a good location to access Route 22 then this is it. But don't expect something that is very clean, smells nice, is quiet, etc. I'm glad we only had to stay one night.

This hotel was in need of repair. The carpeting had holes in it and staples sticking out of it. The fabric furniture was stained and needed to be cleaned. The shower curtain and rod were hanging on a thread. Would never stay at a Knights Inn again.

I like this hotel in good location and confortable

great location for way stop in-between end points. There is shopping and food walking distance from hotel. Walls are a bit thin.

I stayed here for one night while in town for work just because the price seemed to be better than other places nearby. I'm a pretty low maintenance person, so I wasn't expecting it to be the Hilton. The room was clean, but it was outdated. Parking was easily available, and it was free. The door was secure, but I was a little leery of the window, as this was a first floor room that I was given. Probably would not have been difficult for someone to break in if they wanted to. The room came with a double bed (not queen), a small fridge and small microwave. There was a little window seat, and a desk. It would've been cozy for two people. The walls are not very thick, as the neighbors making noise late into the night kept me up. Access to 22 is very good from here, and there are lots of stores and fast food places nearby. I did NOT try to use wifi, so I can't speak to whether it was available. I didn't need it to use my smart phone. Overall, if I had to stay in Allentown again, I would go back here, but only if the price is right.

The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near various points of interest. ie; malls, movie theatre, highways and hang out spots.

Hallway was littered with wrappers and pieces of paper. Broken screen in window. Grill on air conditioner was broken. Carpeting stained more than one would expect. Bath towels very worn out. Bed was clean and comfortable.
