Comfort Inn Philadelphia Airport

great weekend for me and my daughters, sadly the dinner that is located right next to the hotel was a horrible, the food was lousy, denny's restaurant closed down. if anyone stay at that hotel, just take 5 min drive to Mc'Donald or wawa instead

I had a beauty stay at the comfort inn. I enjoyed the staff as well as the vistor who were staying at the hotel on this weekend we rode out the storm IRENE!! we all were just one big happy family.

Non-smoking room with balcony - So many cigarette butts on balcony you could almost smell them. Toilet ran off and on all night. Message light on my phone was blinking constantly & I called front desk & they told me I had no messages. Room was pretty clean & room service was good except for balcony.

Check-in was fine. But the room had a stale odor, I was greeted by the loud guests in the next room. It seemed as if they were right in my room, that is how thin the walls were. Their conversation and tv soon became as a disturbance. Wash clothes were dirty as well as the molded tub mat in the tub. I was rudely disturbed by hotel security at 11:30 pm after the receptionist just called stating the fire alarm went off in a non-smoking room. He banged on the door as if he was going to catch a wrong act going on. Than demanded to enter to smell if there were smoking going on but he did apologize after he didn't discover anything. I will never book there again the price was not worth the aggrevation.

Went to a wedding.

Friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Details were a little dirty and room needs upgrading. Old soap in the shower. Broken bathroom door hinge so it wouldn't close properly. Toillete paper was folded with only a few wraps left! Really good 24 hour restraunt right next door!

this was our second stay. the first time we stayed there were no problems, the room was clean and neat. this stay, the room had a huge crack in the wall, there was something smeared on the wall that looked like blood. the drain in the bath tub was clogged and drained very slow. only one roll of TP and no tissues. house keeping came the first day we were there and gave us fresh towels but not the second. the hallway smelled very bad. i was disappointed this time around and don't know if i will be staying again.

OK. FOR A SHORT STAY

We stayed here for just 1 night before an early flight the next morning. I don't even normally bother to write reviews for hotels, but this was just so awful I felt I had to. For starters, I flushed the toilet before using it because someone had left a few sheets of paper in it- the toilet overflowed all over the floor. Called the front desk- they gave us a new room, 2 floors up and far away from the elevator. The key card would not work to open the door no matter how many times we tried. My husband went down to the front desk and was told that he must be doing something wrong and to go back and try again!!? We tried a 2nd time and still couldn't get it to work. Went back down to the front desk, and were very snottily told that we'd have to wait for the maintenance man. He showed up 20 minutes later and wound up opening the door with his pass key because even HE couldn't get ours to work. At least he was nice, he did offer to go get us new key cards, but being that we were going to stay in the room and leave directly in the morning, we really didn't need them. We were also told that we were not eligible to use their airport courtesy parking because we had booked through [...]and we needed to pay extra for that. After 15 minutes of arguing and showing the desk clerk the papers that said it WAS included, she finally wrote us out a tag for long term parking; but not without giving us alot of attitude. Our stay here was just a nightmare, and I will NEVER stay here again!!!
