disappointed!!
horrendous experience!!
When we arrived at the address, given by [...], the hotel was no longer THERE!! We called the phone number on the reservation and it had been disconnected!! There were no available rooms anywhere to be found in Lancaster! After the concert, we attended, we drove the same distance we had gone to get to Lancaster to get back home. [...]

the bates hotel
the holiday inn was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. they were going through renovations and never told us, we had to go through the back door where there was all furniture, beds etc. there. the door was left open and screws were in the push handle to get in (no security lock). my husband, myself and our daughter were staying in one room there was only one bed. they knew there were three people staying in that room, we had to get a roll away bed, the elevator was filthy plus it was my parents anniversary and i was mordified on the conditions. nope i would not recommend it to anyone. oh yeah the outside pool looked like it wasn't used in a long time. thank god it was only one night.

Great For Pets
Good location for seeing attractions of Lancaster.Excellant hotel for dogs.Large field for letting dogs walk,and seperate building for pet owners. Room was not dusted,broken lamp,door lock defective. Good hotel for pet owners!

When driving to see Lancaster attractions,take RT.340,NOT RT.30....Much less traffic.
