I was in town for my niece's high school graduation and stayed for two nights. The desk clerks were great - friendly and helpful - one writing out directions to a store and the other bringing me an iron at midnight. The downside of the iron story is that the inn had no ironing boards to pass out.
The place is a little tired in its carpeting, blinds and towels. And the entire wing I stayed in reeked of tobacco smoke. I was in a non-smoking room, but the best I can say about that is that it smelled less like smoke than the rest.
But I got a good price and was just there to sleep, so I feel like I got my money's worth. I wasn't looking for Class A accommodations.

motel didn't look to bad from outside, but as soon as I opened the door to the room, the smell made me step back. So bad, we didn't even pull down the blankets to sleep. I recommend you try the place next door.

the clothes rack fell off the wall, and found a roach in the room, other then that it was a great place, was upset that the linens were dirty so we slept on top of the blankets

Road into the site was difficult at best for a NON-off road car. Area was undergoing modernization as the hotel across the parking lot had all their bedding and room items outside!!!!! Messy. Resturant in hotel was not operating, though the morning coffee and rolls were fresh and ready. Room was O.K.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were very enjoyable. There was a slight problem with a missing tv remote that the staff took care of quickly and efficiently. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

We traveled with 5 kids under the age of 12 and needed space to spread out which these rooms provided. They had an in-room fridge, an indoor pool and the two rooms we had were clean and comfortable, but separated by about five rooms. Due to heavy booking, we couldn't get adjacent rooms. Otherwise, it was everything we expected and convenient to the turnpike and Hershey Park. The breakfast was more than adequet for our needs and included eggs, waffles, muffins etc. We highly recommend it.

1.business trip2.yes good customer service. The customer service person that can in on the second shift had no idea of what she was doing. She assigned another guest to the room I was staying in ,and the guest walked right in to my room. Than she could not understand that I had already paid [...] and wanted to charge my credit card for my stay.The room was very nice and clean, but there employees need better training.3.I consider my previous trip to be on the scale of 9 or 10, this trip was a 5 .

The Hotel lobby was not very clean,smelled funny, dead bugs in the over head light fixtures.It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room.It still smelled like some had smoked in it. The aircondioning was not working properly. It would shut off. Then when we tried to turn it back on it made a horrible noise. We shut it off all together it was late at night to switch rooms.The bath tub was badly stained. The door to the room was missing a seal, you could see light from out side coming through around it. The price was ok for what you got. Just a place to sleep for one night was enough. We would not stay there again.
