unbeatable experience
The city didn't leave me any agreeable memory, but the hotel did. The people in the city were quite mean, especially to Asian, and their faces were always blend or livid. But whenever I returned to the hotel, I got peacefulness and relaxation. Anyway, I would highly recommend this hotel to all you guys. The location of it was very closing to the subway entrance.

Excellent staff but outdated hotel
When you open your hotel manual and it describes what to do if you feel you are being followed, it does not fill you with confidence! The staff whilst very pleasant could not make up for a hotel that is in desperate need of a refit and clean and the traffic noise was so bad that sleep proved almost impossible.

labor day weekend
great location, the room was in good condition except for the pair of shorts under the bed that we found. The beds were comfortable. Ice machine was not functional on the room floor. Staff was okay. Parking costs $23 a night. I would stay there again.

Visiting children
We go to Phillie at least once a year to visit our son. This trip was our granddaughters first birthday. We have stayed often at this hotel and have never been disappointed.

Bargain in Historic Phila.
To be blunt, we were attracted by their rates which were substantially lower than the competition. Factor in the $23/day parking, it's a bit less of a bargain. Some of the rooms look out on the Delaware River, probably a nice enough view. We overlooked I95, one of the busiest highways in the US. Even with the AC going full blast we could hear the traffic all night. Room was OK, staff were friendly, breakfast (free) was the usual stuff. Convenient to the historic areas of Philly, but not to Center City.

Great price for great location
The hotel is located in a great place, just blocks away from dozens of galleries, restaurants, and museums. The staff is very helpful in providing directions, and the hotel shuttle that dropped us off anywhere within a 20 block radius was great! The breakfast was mediocre, but satisfying. I had my coffee elsewhere though, because the coffee at the hotel is really sub-par. There is a computer in the lobby for the guests, which is nice. Overall, we'd definitely stay there again because of price, location, and attentive staff.

Short walk from hotel
Definitely check out Wedges + Fig on 3rd st. and Race. It has the most creative sandwiches, with a diverse assortment of cheese. It's also byob, so grab a bottle of wine and head over for a charming experience and food that you won't soon forget

Decent stay
Had a corner room, spacious and very well lit. Love the location between Penn Landing and the historic distance within walking distance. Hotel was clean, relatively quiet. Free shuttle was great for getting around.

Short walk from hotel
Historic district really impressed me, especially being such a short walk. So much stuff to be seen. Oh, and if you need a quick cheesesteak, call Alessandro's! They deliver right to the room!
