This hotel is the ideal location to downtown (less than a half mile to walk along the beautiful river path). There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance too. I did not have the continental breakfast but my husband, who mind you is VERY picky, said it was amazing. The hotel is neat, clean, and furnished very modern. The staff was very friendly. We rode the elevator with one of the managers who was personally delivering bottled water to a guests room. They offered a late checkout due to personal circumstances. Overall, I think it's a great hotel and would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone.

It was awesome! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, they made us feel like we were home away from home. Great location and the free shuttle around the area was a big help. Great free breakfast, lots of choices and always fresh. We will be back to stay for sure. Thanks for making our trip so great!

My husband and I came to Pittsburgh to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary and we couldn't have been happier with our hotel. The staff at the Hyatt were amazing! Always greeted with a smile, the staff was very helpful in explaining where places were throughout the city and even wrote down 3 different cab companies for us to call for when we went out celebrating, good job trying to keep us safe guys :) The hotel along with our room was spotless. The bed was heavenly, as were the pillows. The location is perfect for anyone attending a Steelers game or a Pirates game, its located in between the two stadiums. I would defiantly stay here again.

Practically underneath a ramp to the highway. First room they put us in had something nasty on bedspread and missing a couch cushion. Second room was missing the remote for TV and had a bulb out. Those problems were solved quickly but it pushed our plans back for the evening ( dinner at Hyde Park and going to the casino) It's between PNC Park and Heinz Field so it's a great location for a game.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was outstanding and friendly. The room setup was excellent as well. Everyone we spoke to on the staff was extremely pleasant. I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

No better location to stay if you are going to the games. Heinz Field is less then 2 blocks away & you can view the stadium from the hotel. The staff were more then accommodating & the shuttle service was very convenient. Great place to stay for any game & will stay here again.

If you are going to a Steelers game , this hotel is well within walking distance to Heinz Field, other than that way too pricey. The amenities was below average for a hotel of this rating.

We booked this hotel on a first trip to Pittsburgh knowing that we wanted a relatively good deal and 3 or 4 star hotel. It was totally that! The room was a great size and had its own nice size couch and flat screen tv in a seperate area with refridge. We took advantage of the bistro in the lobby and had no complaints. My only gripes- paying $19 a night to park in the hotel's parking lot and having them over sell the lot and forcing me to park outside the lines! There are other lots in the area to park in for much cheaper. Also, it is a bit of a distance to the city center. All and all, We would definitely return!

The staff was very helpful in making sure you have all you need to make you stay as comfortable as possible. "I am a traveler with a disability and I found the location of this hotel ideal for local tourist attractions and the indoor swimming pool is a delight after a hard day of shopping or a long stroll along the river."

We stayed at this hotel for one night, to attend a concert at Stage AE. It was in a great location, within walking distance of Stage AE, Heinz Stadium, and PNC Park. We walked to the local bars and had a great time. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and we had a great stay. Although a little expensive, it fit our needs.
