great location

This property is consistent with the Sheraton chain -- everything met expectations of comfort, cleanliness and service. The location was very convenient and the front desk was very accomodating when we asked for a change or room.

Station Square area is great!

The room accommodations were quite comfortable, even if not especially fancy. The lobby is very nice and inviting, with a large bar/lounge in the center. There were two wedding receptions at the hotel that Saturday, with the guest staying at the hotel, and yet all was quiet and orderly when bedtime came around. The Station Square area is a fun entertainment spot.

Stayed for my Sisters Wedding Day and Night

I stayed at this hotel for my sister's wedding and was there for a day and a night. The staff was informative and extremely helpful. We were allowed to check in hours early. The rooms looked great their beds are the most comfortable hotel beds i have ever slept in. However, the walls are paper thin and i could barely sleep due to the noise (you can here just about everything going on in rooms around you), the bathrooms are entirely too small and need updated ( you could barely close the door to use the toilet and the bath tube had a poorly patched hole on the top side and the light made noise and flickered a bit). Overall, i feel that the price we paid for this one night was twice as much as the room was worth no matter how comfortable the bed and nice the staff was! Will be staying else where next time.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

There are many things to do and see even on a short visit such as mine. There's boat rides available with the Gateway Clipper Fleets right next door, Ducky Tours (we did this and had a blast) that takes you on land and river all around telling the history of Pittsburgh in a fun whimsical way; as well as plenty of affordable great places to eat all around.

Convenient to everything

The Sheraton Station Square is perfectly located whether you are going to a sporting event, downtown, the South Side or just enjoying everything right there in Station Square. We used their free shuttle to go to the Strip District, just tipping the driver. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the room is a little "tired" looking - needs some grout work in the bathroom and a little updating. Other than that a great stay.

Plenty to do right in Station Square: eating, drinking, shopping, entertainment. But if you want to go elsewhere around town, take the Free Sheraton shuttle.

Not worth the money. Dirty hotel

Don't stay here. Dirty and way overpriced for the terrible quality. The sheets and carpets were stained, we were missing a mattress cover on one bed, the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned for MONTHS ( mildew everywhere), the walls were crumbling off.... It was DISCUSTING. Breakfast was not included. Not to mention, parking for one night was $20. It was also a party hotel. Loud. Could hear everything. AND at 3am someone kept trying to come into our room, knocking continuously on the door. THEN they kept calling us till we eventually unplugged the phone. Total waste of money and afraid of it's lack of cleanliness. Will never go here again.

Nice but pricey

The room was very comfortable and the location was great. Parking was too much money and the room itself was nice, but too pricey.
