Pass this one by..

Will not stay here again. We stayed for a week hoping it would gett better but eventually moved. So loud it was impossible to sleep. Noise all night and then construction in the parking lot right outside our door every morning. Rude housekeeping. Found beer bottles under bed when we checked it. Horrible breakfast. If you are looking for loud, rude, and dirty...this is your place. If not, skip it.

Good, clean, safe. Not spectacular.

Came down for a weekend trip. I didn't spend much time in the hotel, but when I did, the hotel was clean, tidy and well kept. Only downfall is the layout of the room. With the curtains; when they're open, a humungously large glass window viewable from every passer by is now uncovered. When the blinds are shut, the room turns into a cave. My only suggestion is to attach some lighter, thinner blinds/drapes for the option of natural sunlight without creepers being able to see me.

Texas roadhouse. Avoid ottos brewery, waste of time. Brewhouses are supposed to have steaks, wings, pizza and burgers. Not peruvian fetta goat cheese crumbles on overblown salads. So, Texas roadhouse is a much better decision.

Basic, for a basic price

It was adequate, pretty basic and spartan, but the price was good value. The hot breakfast buffet is a miss-er. Dishwater coffee, no fresh fruit (like an apple, orange or banana)and whole milk only. The edge of the table was sticky from an earlier guest's syrup.

Instead of the buffet breakfast, go to the Cheese Shoppe downtown for a really good cup of freshly roasted coffee.

The State College Ramada on N. Atherton St, is so close to the Bryce Jordan Center. It made the concert that much more enjoyable!

Awful

We purposely booked an interior room, I hate the noise that comes with outside rooms. It was a busy weekend in town, so I was actually surprised to get a room at all. When we showed up the stuck us in an exterior room right by the stairs. We heard EVERYTHING. The room was decent, but the noise destroyed the entire experience. We could hear cars parking, doors slamming, people walking. It was awful.

Visiting Family for Christmas

I visited with family members I don't see very often. The Ramada Inn is located within a few miles of my family. I enjoyed the breakfast on Monday morning before I left for my trip home.
