barely substantial
met basic needs. torn lamp shade, broken cove base in bath. ceiling badly stained in several places. room was to be non-smoking and was not. linens reeked of cigerette smoke, so when i returned home, i had to wash or dry clean everything i brought on trip.

skip the pathetic coffee offering, and drive west every morning to dunkin doughnuts.

I was in York overnight to see a band with friends. Check-In was quick, The room wasn't spotless but it was adequate. If you want no frills at a low price, this is perfect. Close to everything in York too.

Perfect Cheap Hotel
Best price in town, and gave me a place to sleep, which was all I needed. Clean and orderly, though stocked with only the basics. Perfect for what I needed. Friendly and competent staff, as well.

Better!
Perfectly pleasant stay, much better than last time. No interruptions or problems, warm room and comfy bed. However, the computers were down so paying cash for the room was pointless, as my debit card got charged the next day. I was warned this may happen, which I appreciate, and I'm sure it will be refunded promptly... minor inconvenience but it is definitely something that should be fixed.

Nice Location
I little noisy , heard the traffic on the highway .Maybe offer sound machines as an option to guest to drown out traffic noise. For the price it was a nice place.

Had better stays here before, but...
I arrived at 3pm, and had to wait 20+ minutes for my room to be prepared. Left the room late in the evening, only to be locked out for about an hour... apparently the lock to the door froze. They did give me an alternative room temporarily, and a $15 discount on my stay, but I felt that a raincheck for a free night would have been in order.

GREAT LOCATION
I REALLY ENJOYED MY TRIP WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE THINGS NOTED ABOVE. OVERALL IT WAS A NICE MOTEL. IN A GREAT LOCATION. AND I WOULD STAY IN THE MOTEL AGAIN.

basic lodging at the economy level.
hotel lacked the little refinements seasoned travelers expect. wake up calls never happened. bed linens were not fresh and crisp.

ruby tuesdays or olive garden are right up the road and very good. most restaurants in this area are mediocre at best. ( avoid the fancy diner).
