The good, the bad, and the really ugly
unfortunately we had a bad experience in the hotel because the bathroom was full of fungus in all edge of tub, the toilet did not work, the key will not close properly wash hands and bounced on water, air conditioning stopped working at night and most important to the hotel staff not wise guidance for food places or attractions near the property. Finally I travel regularly and work for Morgans Hotels Group.

well run with good staff...
We had a nice room and the staff was great. Nothing really stood out, just a good location, clean room and the breakfeast bar was nice (although too small). The cleaning staff did get started a little early for a 12 noon checkout. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The Olive Garden restaraunt..Go early and don't wait outside...Too hot and they don't seem to care. Things moved faster when everyone had to pack the inside waiting area. We went early (5:30/6:00) so maybe it got better later on...There were folks still waiting when we left..

All though the hotel was clean and for the most part friendly the cash deposit upon arrival was a shock. Then when I checked out they said they would mail my deposit back to me. This caused a hardship for me.

Farfield Inn Columbia, SC
It was a nice room, but the pool was too small. There were a lot of children in there, so there was no room for an adult to just enjoy him/herself without being bothered.
