La Quinta Inn & Suites Greenville Haywood

The desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff never came into my room to remove soiled towels or empty the trash cans. I will select another hotel the next time I travel to this area.

We got two rooms for the 5 of us. We checked in at 9pm (so it wasn't that they were still cleaning) and in one room both of the beds weren't made and there were used towels on the bathroom floor. So it was obvious that the room hadn't been cleaned. I went to the front desk and they apologized and got us a new room. In the other room the bathroom sink was very dirty (I ended up cleaning it with a towel as we had already gotten things pulled out for our 6 month old son and were too tired to move to another room). The rest of the hotel was nice but we want our rooms to be clean.

Clean hotel, great value for the money. Staff checked on the quality of our stay several times.

Enjoyed my stay at LaQuinta Inn & Suites. The shuttle was a very convenient service. My room had a small refrig. and microwave. Short driving distance from Haywood Mall and good restaurants. The free breakfast was adequate. The beds were comfortable. The staff very accomodating to my needs. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a La Quinta last time we were in Greenville and thought we booked the same place. When we got here we found out we had booked a different LaQuinta hotel. Since it was only three miles away we didn't think it would be a big deal. However, when we arrived at this hotel we found that it was really a motel. We would have looked past that, but the bathroom was dirty, there was hair and dirt around the baseboards, behind the door and in the corners and the room smelled musty. In addition, there were no towels. When I called the front desk to ask about it the told me they must have been in the dryer. We won't make the mistake of booking a room here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. It was convenient to downtown Greenville, the Mall and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was great, enjoyed the waffles. I felt like I was at home. Our family will definitely return.

Excellent staff, very helpful. Clean and beautiful. If I'd known they allow dogs, I would have brought mine!

great room and service

The mountains are near by, making this a great spot for a base camp. After a hard day of driving, however, what excited us most was the elevator and luggage cart. The room was nice, and their breakfasts were the best on our trip. They included a freshly-made fruit salad of orange and grapefruit sections in addition to waffles, biscuits and gravy, and all the other usual offerings.
