La Quinta @ I85 & Woodruff Rd., Greenville SC
For $60 a night don't expect very much from this hotel. This has been the worst La Quinta Hotel that I have ever stayed at. Non-Smoking room smells of smoke and has cigarette burns in the bedding. Towels are small and very thin. My room needed repair/upgrading: mattress lumpy with divot in center, chair is loose/unstable, tub doesn't drain well, bath tub faucet plate is hanging loose, bathroom shelf pulled loose from the wall (1/2 in gap only chalking is holding it up). Shampoo & soap not replenished until 3 day (I guess theft is a problem, but really?). Might seem trivial but no pen or scratch paper provided in room either.

Very Friendly Service!
We had some delays in getting to our destination and needed to move our reservations around. Not only where they very accomidating, but friendly and helpful too. The room was clean and much nicer than we expected for what we were paying for this room. A sweet surprise! Top recomendation for those on a budget!

Not What I Expected
We were only there for the night. The room served its purpose as a place to sleep but didn't really offer much else. I guess for the money it was adequate, but didn't really offer much other than the bed to sleep in.

Clean and Not Bad for the Price
LaQuinta's can be tricky sometimes. They seem to have varying ages and cleanliness sometimes. This was an older "motel" style LaQuinta, but you could tell it had been recently renovated. The room was a bit stuff at first, but it wasn't bad once the air got cranked up. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. For the price, that's about all you can ask.
