this could be a nice place to stay but they short you on towels and face towel which is very old and hard, the pool they donot give you a towel for it, the maid didnot speak any english and had to go to the front desk for a iron and iron board, more towels and to for the the free breakfast i would not give it to my dog whom i love very much , as for them cleaning the room it was just tounch not that they were very busy it just that they only had one maid working the bathroom was very small too.

booked a smoking room with 2 dbl beds i was sent to 3 differant rooms before they got it right
THINGS WRONG WITH ROOM
1/ FRONT DOOR WAS BEAT UP LIKE IT TOOK THE BRUNT OF A FIGHT .. WAS HARD TO SHUT AND WAS SEPERATING IN THE MIDDLE
2/NO COFFEE MAKER ..ASKED FOR ONE AND NEVER RECEIVED IT
3/ WIFI DIDNT WORK IN OUR ROOM ROOM 146 ON THE BACK OF MOTEL
4/WAL PAPER PEELING IN BATHROOM AS WELL AS A PLCE IN THE WALL OF THE ROOM THAT LOOKED LIKE A HEAD HAD ALMOST WENT THROUGH IT ( NEAR THE CORNER BOING TO THE RESTROOM)
5/FRIDGE DOOR WAS MESSED UP AND WOULDNT CLOSE GOOD, FREEZER COMPARTMENT WAS ICED OVER
6/ IF YOU STAND INSIDE THE ROOM AT NIGHT OR WELL ANYTIME AND LOOK AT THE DOOR U CAN SEE LIGHT FROM OUTSIDE THROUGH THE GAPS AROUND THE DOOR
6/ AMMENITIES SAID IT HAD A DESK IT HAD A LONG DRESSER THAT TV SAT ON WITH THE DRAWERS FALLING OUT A WOBBLY TABLE AND 2 NASTY CHAIRS
7/HEADBOARD WAS NOT FASTENED TO THE WALL HAD SCREW HEADS STICKING OUT
8/ A POWER OUTLET DID NOT WORK
......NOW ALL THIS I WOULD MAYBE EXPECT FOR A $29.99 A NIGHT ROOM BUT I PAID $82.00 I ONLY STAYED CAUSE I HAD RENTED THE ROOM ON A DEBIT CARD AND DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

good clean restful rooms, only comment to the negative is the cheese omelettes for breakfast were pre fabricated like airline food and not very appetizing, but there were plenty of other choices.

There for a family reunion. Upon arrival, my key did not work as the previous occupant had not returned the room key. Additionally, the trash had not been emptied. At continental breakfast,they ran out of food before ending time of 9:30.(I arrived prior to that time) When the attendant was approached by myself and other guests, he was not pleasant stating that it was too late to put out any additonal food.Attendant at check in([...]) was very pleasant.Suggest that a different type of room key is used as the ones distributed were flimsy, bending easily making it difficult to enter.

After 13 grueling hours of our annual drive between Buffalo, NY, to Sarasota, FL, it was great to stop in Orangeburg. We always stay at this hotel. It is easily assessable to the highway and restaurants, and the rooms are clean, quiet, and sufficient. Can't beat it for the price.

Rooms needs to be remodeled,there was a hole in the wall. Our room was not cleaned during our weekend stay. The linen and rooms were clean. Great location for our games.

We did a quick overnight stay. Room was nice and clean except for the carpet. Quiet location and rooms. Grounds were very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was bad. The waffle batter was almost gone and had been there for some time. Had a strange taste. They were out of coffee by 8AM.

We were in Orangeburg for a meeting and did not know the area so we called the Hotel to get directions and the staff person could not give us directions to the hotel. We arrive at the hotel after stopping and asking numerous people and then she does not have the correction information about my reservation. I have to give her my confirmation. In the room we had recurring bugs, minimum towells that we had to go back to the front desk to get more, no delivery service here. The floor was not vacuumed and the wall paper was coming off the walls. In addition when we folded back the comforter a used bottle of location came out with it meaning they did not shack out the comforter or clean in from the previous quest thus we needed new sheet did not trust the cleanliness of the staff.

We had to go and ask for clean linen, (towels and washcloths, ) for 2 days, they forgot that we were there and cancelled our room key, they charged us twice, we had to go out and buy our own pillows. (they did not have any extra)

This hotel was great. It is nice, clean and new. Some other hotels there didn't feel safe or smelled horrible or had terrible staff.
This hotel had none of those problems and was a great hotel to find in Orangeburg.

Very clean, comfortable. Our only complaint was after a long drive we wanted to swim with the kids, and the indoor pool was temparily closed. no swim for us, no explaination from the staff or discount.

The phone doesn't work, half of the TV channels don't come in, the bed really isn't that comfortable, the bathroom looks run down. The staff didn't seem too friendly, didn't interact much. Was a man of very few words. Didn't make me feel that welcome, after a 200 mile motorcycle ride.

there was only on towel in the room no face cloths. the room smelled like the carpet was soaked in water and left to dry. it was right by the express way next to nothing. we didn't know if the sheets were clean when house keeping showed up they didn't have any clean sheets or towels with them and the had a shopping cart.
