The staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked for assistance. The continental breakfast was great and they always kept it stocked. When I come to the Sioux Falls area again, I will definitely come back to this facility.

Our Ramada Hotel is only 1 mile from Sioux Falls Regional Airport and 3 miles from Historical Downtown. Sanford Hospital Health Systems and Avera McKennan Hospital are both less than 3 miles from our hotel.

Weekend Getaway for the kids

We spent the weekend up in Sioux Falls and picked this hotel for the waterpark. It was a nice pool and had a lot for all ages. It was perfect friday night and sat afternoon but sat night the water was freezing. or at least too cold for my 3 year old. his lips were blue from the temp. The room was a little loud but we were expecting that with the waterpark and all the families and kids staying. It was a fantastic trip!

Enjoyed our stay, the waterpark was a hit for the kids. Even dad liked the waterslide. No lifeguards, sometimes the kids go one right Restraunts were about 10 min, unless you wanted the hotel restraunt. Overall, I would stay here again. Worth the price.

We chose this hotel because we had stayed before and rather enjoyed the over-all experience. This time, a couple years later it (the hotel) seems to have devolved a bit from it's former state. The interior of the bldg. is nice but feels dated. The entry doors are a big hassle for anyone with luggage, and the exterior is clean but requires maintenance if they expect to be perceived as a luxury hotel. The price was good, the room was clean, the room-service staff was polite, and it was quiet.
There was an incident where my teen daughter and her friend were policed rudely by a member of the night watch, and the desk area in general was somewhat less personable than expected... (hard to explain, but real).
Main complaint is that they are less than forthcoming in their "nickel and dimeing" tactics to increase revenue, such as charging $2.99 per hour for wifi access and $2.99 for a cheap bottle of water. In my opinion, they would do better to treat every paying customer as though they were important, and invest in more "curb appeal" for improved first impressions. This is where revenue comes from- customer loyalty.

Clean and straightforward rooms and facilities. Slightly overpriced, but convenient for conferences. Bar and restaurant very pricy. Some problems with noise from the courtyard with rooms overlooking it. Convention center staff and food was fantastic-- hotel staff left something to be desired.

This room was an excellent value for a family of 6. We were very comfortable for our short one night stay. The location was great as our halfway point between the Twin Cities and Rapid City.

the price was great. other hotels in the city filled up for soccer tournament. other parents paid three times as much. Hotel was shabby, run down, poor excuse for a breakfast. had to ask to get fresh towels and garbage emptied one day. But the people were pleasant, no bugs, I've definitely stayed in worse.

Comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Seems like a good family friendly place.
Didn't have any towels in our room, and our fridge was missing, but they fixed both of those things quickly once we brought it to their attention.
Food was not the greatest, but since we did not go there for that, we couldn't ask for much.
Overall, I'd stay here again if I were traveling with a group of people.

I loved the layout of this room. The pseudo-separation of the sleeping and office areas made the room feel much bigger. Best of all, the room was spotless!

Very relaxing and great place to stay.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and had a relaxing and great time. They have a very nice breakfast with everything from waffles and eggs to cold cereal. They also have a nice hot tub and pool. The staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel is great because it's a great price for a good location. There is a Outback Steakhouse right next door and many other restaurants very close to you. There is also a 14 screen movie theater within walking distance. You are also minutes from all the shopping hot spots of Sioux Falls. Hope to stay there again soon!

The pool area is very clean and had more new furniture around the pool. The breakfast has something for everyone from eggs, cereal, french toast, muffins, juice, coffee, tea. The eating area is very clean and the staff person was right on the spot making sure there was always enough food items.
They have gotten new beds since our last visit about one year ago. They were very comfortable and I fell right asleep which I don't usually do when I we travel. Definitely would go back to this hotel!

The attendent was very helpful. The room is pretty good size. There was a mini mart next door. No pool, but that's okay. The breakfast was good and was till 10:00 AM. It was easy to get to and from the highway.

Super 8 Aiport I90 Sioux Falls is conveniently located off I-90 and I-29. Our location offers easy on/off access to both Interstates and is just up the road from the Airport and Convention Center. We have free Wireless Internet and are Pet Friendly.
You will be impressed with the vibrant decor the minute you walk through the front door.
We offer 57 newly renovated rooms, all of which include wireless high speed internet, hair dryers, coffee makers and curved shower rods for added bath space. Most of our rooms also include microwaves and refrigerators and irons and boards. Treat yourself to one of our Jacuzzi Suites, family suites or Business Suites. Our Jacuzzi Suites include all of the standard amenities plus an oversized whirlpool for total relaxation. The business travelers are taken care of in our Business Suites which include plenty of work space to tackle those large tasks for the next business meeting. Families love our Family Suite. This large room includes three separate bed rooms, six beds and a kitchenette. Plenty of room for that extra cargo.

We arrive late and they were kind enough to obtain a cab for me from the airport. They also accomidated any changes that was made on my return trip. The front desk was more than helpful. Fantastic service.
Probably better than other trips that I have had.

Friendly staff, quiet rooms, complimentary breakfast, and a pool and sauna -- not much more you could ask for!
Would be nice to have an ice machine and soda machine on every floor...and the room was a bit pricy compared to other hotels/motels in the area, but that doesn't deter from the overall good experience we had here.
In fact, when we were looking for a hotel on the way back from our trip, we bypassed others and stayed here for a second time within the same week.

the maid was uneffecient, there was no coffee left and coffee pot was uncleaned from day to day, found a dirty spoon under the bed. Check in was efficient and clerk very glad to help. Breakfast girl was more than willing to help.
