Decent hotel.
Just returned from an overnight in Chattanooga. I booked the hotel hoping that its location would be good for walking to restaurants and bars. It is downtown, but it is at the opposite end of downtown from where all the action is. There is a free bus near the hotel that will take you where you want to be. But there are also other hotels closer that I would have stayed in had I known. It was a fine hotel, nothing special. It was clean and with a so so breakfast in the morning. If I was going to Chattanooga for business, I would def stay there again. But If I was going for fun I would not.

Great service- Great environment...
Super friendly staff and wonderful room. We will return. A little more expensive than our usual room, but by the time we considered the great free breakfast and dinner hour, parking and location within walking (or free bus) distance from downtown attractions, we saved money.

it was great!! it was a pack house there wasnt enough towels but it was a great stay under the circumstances...

I was just driving through Chattanooga from Atlanta and decided last minute to check in to a Hotel for the night and was glad I did. Everything except the price was great. I loved the friendly staff, complementary breakfast and amenities. The only part i did not like was having to pay $140 for a decent place to spend the night but I dont regret it.

If you stay at this hotel, do check out Aretha Frankensteins, a tiny restaurant that serves excellent, breakfast, lunch and Dinner.... and do try to take a walk around Frazier avenue off which this restaurant is located (Tremont rd/dr)

no clean towels, no cleaning of room
Just stayed at Staybridge this weekend. My room was not cleaned and I did not get any clean towels, until I called to request and the front desk told me to go downstairs to pick them up. Would not recommend this hotel.

Awesome experience!!!
Everything was great! The room was amazing, and so was the price. Me and my husband took a short trip to Chattanooga for our one year wedding anniversary. The staff was always so nice, and my husband LOVED the breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and we will stay here the next time we visit.

Nice stay for a family
I see this as a great conventioneer's hotel. Our kids loved the pool, breakfast was pretty good, and the staff friendly. Wish that it was more accessible to public transportation. It was too far to walk to the riverfront and the shuttle pickup was on the far side of the convention center. It was good- solid. Not great.

Fall Getaway
staybridge stay
Perfect for an overnight getaway or even longer. The hotel had everything we were looking for with a large enough suite with balcony, indoor pool, and breakfast included in the price. It was great to have breakfast at the hotel instead of getting everyone ready to go to a restaurant. Great selection for breakfast!

3 YEARS AND COUNTING...
A pleasant suprise!
My wife and I decided to spend out 3 year anniversary in Chattanooga and based on all the positive reviews I read about this hotel, I decided to give it a try. I was very plesantly surprised. The staff was very nice, the room was clean. The best thing to me was the fact that we NEVER had to request extra towels because they provided enough automatically. Its not even 2 mins from downtown and close to the Highway! And for the price, you can't beat it!
