The Urban Resort
Easy walking distance to stadium. Rooms were comfortable and roomy. Restaurant reasonably priced and better than most. I would recommend facility for a medium-sized program or for a family exploring Chattanooga.

Classy Chattanoogan
Our experience was a joyous one! The rooms were comfortable with a stylish, up-to-date feel. The beds were awesome! Our kids enjoyed the pool while my husband worked out next door. The outdoor patio by the pool was also a plus. It was all right there! My husband and I went downstairs and had a great time listening to jazz music in the Foundry. It was an overall positive experience. We will go back!

Where is all the luxury?
The hotel is not bad, but does in no way live up to its star ranking. Check-in was ok, but the receptionist seemed to be bored by my questions, at least I felt discouraged to ask any more. Anyway, I did learn from her that the close-by Warehouse Row with its Prime Outlets is closed. So, the location is still prime if you go to a convention, otherwise, there are better options closer to downtown and river. Coming to the room: best feature was the nice flatscreen TV, other than that not what I expected: relatively small, doors to bathroom and closet just huge plain safety doors, and the bathroom itself can easily compete with a 1-star motel. However, love Chattanooga getaways, and next time I will write about another place.

Short walk from hotel
Pricey hint: River tour with the River Gorge speed boat. Reservations recommended, the boat capacity is limited to 70 passengers. Priceless hint: Saturday night in the river park, with live music and a very relaxed atmosphere. Just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge.
