Quality Inn Exit 4

The staff was very friendly. Its a little difficult to find the driveway to the hotel. You can see where you want to go but can't get to it. Nice place to stay. Breakfast was excellent.

Entrance is terrible!!!! The only good thing about the room was the king size bed.

OK, as expectedDoors, locks and paint need improvement. Facility is old and in need of remodel

The room was fine. The bed was confortable. I was only in town for 1 night on business. I would stay there again. It looks like they have a very nice breakfast buffet, which is complimentary. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to participate. A little hard to get into from the street. Lots of traffic and located on an intersection.

This is the second year we have staycationed at the Days Inn Exit 4 ~ I can't afford to take my neices and nephew (there are 4 of them under the age of 12) to the beach ....so we go and stay here and have a blast...they love the indoor pool, hot tub, foozball table...it keeps them busy all day and night...and the free breakfast bar in the morning is fantastic ~ highly recommend

I was in town for my 10 year high school reunion. I reserved my room for 4 days, in that time I had no problems what so ever with staff, noise, or cleanliness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were wonderful! The weather was great so I swam in the outside pool area. The only real problem to report was the few beetles I found roaming about in my room, maybe an insect repellent or service should be considered. Overall, I would absolutely stay again and I would recommend for my friends to stay there as well!

Very nice motel for the price, a real value.

When we got there I guess they had just cleaned carpets because it smelled like chemicals. The floor stayed damp for several hours. We couldn't turn jacuzzi on by the pool. Didn't work. Desk clerk wouldn't bother to see what was wrong. Too busy flirting with young men. No lighting in tunnel between our room and where the car was parked. Ice machine broke. Had to go buy some.TV was nice but......motel was way overpriced. We won't stay at this motel chain again. overpriced. The next day we got a room at a days inn for half the cost. No hot B'Fast and no flat screen TV but they made up for it in friendliness and service.

Check in was quick and easy as the front desk was expecting me and already had my envelope ready. All that had to be done was to program my card keys. Staff was friendly and polite. Housekeeping provided me with extra coffee simply by request. The room was poolside but still quiet, comfortable and very clean. Although my room was located by the stairs, I never heard any excess noise outside of my room. The toiletries were nice and the bathroom was clean. The bathroom fixtures were older but clean to touch, site and smell. Staff smiled and were very friendly including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and restarurant delivery person. The food was not as good as the room but perhaps it was the item I ordered. The salad and roll were great but the main meal left much to be desired. I had stayed at this very same hotel before when it was a Holiday Inn. However, I received much better service during this particulary stay and perhaps it is the fact that it is a QUALITY INN. Thanks for everything. You guys were great!
