What Can I Say....
The room was clean. It was a smoking room, but the bed sheets had holes in them. Towels where very ruff feeling, The AC/Heat was hard to adjust, so room was cold. It was a little high in cost for the condition of the room. Much damage in the bathroom on the walls.

No help
Arrived and given smoking room. Asked to change to non-smoking which was available. Clerk could not, Is not allowed to make change without manager who refuses to be called when he is not in hotel. Only options was for me to pay twice for same stay. I opted to pay another hotel in same area, less expensive with better location, rooms, and service.

Home away from home!
It was centrally located to everything! Shopping, eating, sights...all within a block or two. We went to visit friends stationed at Ft. Campbell and we were only 10 minutes or so from their house! It was great. Price was awesome. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, Definitely coming back again!

The Governors Square Mall was just a couple blocks away! The weather was a little cold so we drove but during the warmer months, it would be a nice walk!

If your looking for a comfy bed...
The hotel itself was ok.. for the price. The bed definately was uncomfortable we had a horrible time trying to sleep and the room was very,very dry! I really dont think we would stay here again.

good hotel for the money
This hotel was on the older side, but very clean. The towels were small and thin. The shower wasn't very hot in my room in the morning. There wasn't a variety in the complementary breakfast but it was sufficient. Everything in my room worked fine. There was also a mini fridge and microwave in each room which was helpful. It was also close to many shops, stores, and the highway. For the money it was a good deal.

unbeatable location for the price
room was quiet, beds were comfortable, it was very adequate for our needs, just one night, a few hours to sleep and a bit of breakfast. we enjoed it.

Family of Five
Clean and comfortable
Rooms were clean and roomy. The continental breakfast could have been better, pretty much consisted of cereal. It is also located across the street from a police station and there were a few sirens that went off late at night. For the money it was a good experience.
