Disapointing

The room was to be non-smoking but it definatly had smoke odor. The ceiling had previous water damage and was poorly patched. There was no shampoo provided in the shower. The beds seemed to be worn out. The breakfast was really bad. The bacon was shaven thin and the eggs were something that resembled something artificial. Even though the bedrooms had nice flat screens the lounge area had a TV that came over on the Mayflower. I expected much more from a hotel with the name Wyndhan on it.

Clarksville trip

I spent 4 nights at the hotel. I found it to be a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful. The room was larger than average so didn't have that closed in feeling. The bed was comfortable. They had a free expanded continental breakfast that was very good. If you're traveling without your laptop the computer in the business center will be a challenge. Should have been replaced years ago. Hotel is close to any restaurant you could want. I'd definitely stay again.

Very nice experience

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean. The pool was nice. The only improvement that could have been made would be to have the windows in the pool area open so that it wouldn't be so hot in that room. The hotel is located in an area that offers a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Clark Kent would not like the bathroom

Bedroom portion was okay, a non working bedside lamp and they need a new mattress and new pillows! Bathroom smelled like smoke (a non smoking room) upon arrival. In need of wall and baseboard cleaning--stains, spots etc. Toilet had poor water pressure--had to flush several times. Water in shower made a high pitched squeal. Service personnel were friendly, lobby and breakfast were fine for the money.

Recommended place to stay

Very nice hotel; clean and comfortable. Heated indoor pool and exercise room. Nice hot breakfast included with stay. Minor details missing were soap trays in the bathroom, clean water glasses in room each day. Other than that this is a very nice place to stay and I recommend it.

There are alot of choices for dining but make reservations where possible if eating near the hotel as they are all crowded during normal dinner times.
