Doubletree Hotel Jackson

My sister and I were very pleased with the room and plan on making this a yearly visit. Definitely would stay here again!

My bathroom toliet didn't get fix until the next day.after being clog that night.

Horrible experience at the DoubleTree in Jackson TN. I travle every week and this is the first time I have been bitten by bugs while in my room. I was in my room no more than two hours, working out when I began to be bitten by some insect that could not be seen. I was moved to a differnt room, however was left with large welts on by face and arms with severe itching and burning from whatever it was that bit me.

Adequate gym for our short stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Close to shopping. I'd definitely stay there again.

The room was fine, not big but adequate. Location is good if you need to be near I40 but bad if you have business in downtown Jackson. I did not try the restaurant but a free brerakfast woud have been nice.

Positives first. The room decor was neat and the bed and linens were very comfortable. Nothing else was very good though. The bathroom counter was dirty with crumbs when I arrived, I found two stale corn muffins on the floor under the sink/counter, the seal on the mouth wash was broken and appeared to have been used, their were short gray hairs stuck to the shampoo and conditioner bottles, I had no hot water for the shower the first night, the clock hadn't been set back for DST and couldn't be changed except by maintenance person who wasn't available and the whole time I was there 2 nights) THERE WAS NO WIRELESS INTERNET due to some problem with IT. I've never stayed at a DoubleTree before and I won't again. The people I was traveling with had similar experiences with their rooms not being very clean, getting raggedy towels, clocks not being set correctly and couldn't change them on their own, and the general feeling that the hotel wasn't worthy the rather hefty price we paid. I brought my concerns to the management attention and was offered to change rooms to one that "may or may not have hot water" at 10pm at night. I declined that offer and generally felt like the issues were not well addressed. Before I left I told the GM about the issues and they issued me a free breakfast for two adults. Since I was on my way out I didn't have time for the breakfast and felt like a refund for a portion of the room costs would have been a better offer.

We stayed at this hotel for our sons wedding. Check-in/out was easy. The staff were very friendly and eager to be helpful.I would recommend this hotel as a very good place to stay.

We were away from our children for the night and Doubletree was the perfect solution. The staff was wonderful and the room was spotless and comfortable. The executive option was worth it.We would recommend it for business or leisure travelers.

We booked this room for visiting, out of town, family on their way to another destination. They were tired from having driven awhile and very much appreciated the atmosphere and elegance of the room. Because of all the free sample products in the bathroom, our guests didn't need to make a big deal of unloading the car. They very much enjoyed their time with us and appreciated being well rested for the next day and the rest of their journey.

The Double Tree is a wonderful place to stay. They have wonderful people that work there and take care of your every need. I always feel safe coming in late with the security guards checking the parking lot. The rooms are amazing and very comfortable. Not to mention the pool and resturant are also amazing. If I am ever in Jackson I will always stay at the Double Tree.
