Live Band weekend in Johnson City
We were very close to the downtown area and had a great time looking around while there. The picture and description of this hotel is miss leading. It is alot more run down then it looks. The rooms are very small. The furniture has stains all over them. There was a used washcloth hanging in the shower. Toilet paper kept falling off holder. Tv was very outdated. There was no breakfast or it ends very early. We checked around 9:30 and there was nothing in the loby area. The cleaning staff hang out by the pool area smoking cigarettes. Not very professional. I would pay $10 more next time to not stay there.

Big promises - little result
We had requested handicap accessible. Our room was anything but...no ramp near the room, narrow sidewalk, impossible to access with mobility cart, no handicap parking. Day shift promised to block parking space and did not do so. The night shift was GREAT. They even had a vehicle moved so that we could access the room with my mobility cart. If all the employees were as great as the night manager it would have been perfect.

We had two rooms booked. This is related to the second room. Both beds in our room were horrible. They were both sunk in the middle. There was mold in our bathroom which we requested to be cleaned and it never was. We requested clean washcloths and towels and after four days we finally got them. This place is sad.

BRISTOL NASCAR NIGHT RACE
LOVED THE PRICE BOOKED EARLY SO I GOT THE PRICE AT A REAL STEAL BEFORE THE RAISED THE RATES BECAUSE OF RACE WEEKEND!!! THE HOTEL ALSO PROVIDED A SHUTTLE BUS TO AND FROM THE RACE FOR 20.00 ROUND TRIP THAT WAS AWESOME!! ALL THE STAFF AND SHUTTLE PERSONEL WERE GREAT AS WELL!! A+++ WILL BOOK NEXT YEARS TRIP THROUGH ORBITZ AS WELL! THANK YOU!!!

Great for the price
The hotel was very clean and in a great location...near some great restaurants and lots of shopping. The staff was very friendly and personable. I would stay there again and recommend to a friend.
