We were looking for a hotel to stop at on our way to Myrtle Beach, SC. Knoxville was the perfect stopping point.After a little research on [...], we decided on the Knoxville Marriott. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The rooms are a little on the smaller side, but the amenities made up for the lack of space. My children loved the buffet breakfast in the morning and the coffee was good and strong. We liked this hotel well enough to stay there again on the way back.

We had a great time, the room was clean and stocked with the essentials, coffee, soap, towels, ironing board, iron and hair dryer. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had. We have stayed there before and we will stay there again.

Very nice hotel! The beds were so comfortable my son wanted to bring his home with him. Lots of friendly people except (ironically) they have a free trolley that takes you all over Knoxville and the only mean person was the lady who drove the trolley.She wouldn't say hello, let us off when we asked or answer any questions on how to reboard the trolley. The hotel was very nice but there was no place to lay outside the pool to get a tan,

A short overnight stay for us in Knoxville as we ended a wonderful vacation seeing the Smoky Mountains. We spent a night at this hotel returning from the Smokies and flying out of Knoxville in the AM. The hotel was a quiet respite and pleasant way to end the vacation week. Staff was very friendly and helpful with every interaction. Our room felt very large and open as we had an end room with 3 windows. We relaxed and regrouped for our flight home in the AM. We were directed to dinner at Calhoun's on the River and were able to sit on the patio on a warm May evening and enjoy our dinner in the outdoors. I'm sorry we were not able to visit and appreciate the city of Knoxville but we were impressed with the friendliness of all
the people with whom we interacted.

In town for a class reunion, I especially appreciated the amazingly comfortable bed. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the responsiveness of the air conditioner. Was impressed with the complete, efficient kitchen, but didn't need it. Many resturants nearby. Except for the "no daily maid service," staying there was a great deal.

We were tired from a mountain hike when we got to Knoxville, so were were thrilled to discover an elevator to help us get our luggage to the second floor. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the motel's grounds were filled with beautiful crepe-myrtle trees in full bloom.

Good for a Tennessee Vols football weekend!

Bus ride to and from football game for $15 per person is a great idea - and serving free breakfast from 11 pm - 1 am upon your return from the game was a very nice surprise since most of the restaurants are closed by the time you get back from a Saturday evening game. I called ahead on our way into town and requested an early check in and my room was clean and ready upon arrival. Staff was very friendly & helpful - a great weekend in Knoxville. Not cheap and they required a 2 night stay - but it's a football weekend. If you wait until last minute you might be able to stay 1 night if rooms are available.

We attended the Destination Imagination Grand Finals. The room was not cleaned on the second day and we did not receive towels. We had a knock on our door at 8:30 PM asking if we wanted our room. We had had a long day, we had our pajamas on, and said NO. The room we had requested was a king-size bed with microwave and refrigerator. We got a room with two double beds, no microwave, and no refrigerator. They said that it was [...]fault and it had to do with "no smoking" and we received a room with "no Smoking", which was also a request for us. They gave us a no smoking room because they thought that was more important than the other room requests.

I just needed a one night stopover and the location was convenient. The fellow who checked me in was a GREAT host and referred me to a wonderful restaurant. I felt safe and comfortable with the hotel and the area. I am a single woman traveling alone so safety if very important to me.

The Courtyard Knoxville Cedar Bluff, in Knoxville, Tennessee was a welcome rest for our busy schedule. We felt very relaxed and comfortable as we used the fitness facilities. The location is great as it is close to restaurants. We will stay there again.

WE ARRIVED AROUND TEN PM. WENT RIGHT IN TO FRONT AND CHECKED IN WITH NO PROBLEMS. I TOLD THE FRONT DESK LADY THAT I HAD AN EXTRA PERSON THAT WAS WITH ME AN I WOULD BE NEEDING A ROLL-A-WAY BED. SO I GOT MY KEY PARKED MY CAR AND GOT TO THE ROOM THE BED WAS WAITING FOR ME AT THE DOOR. THAT MADE MY NIGHT AND MADE ME WRITE THIS REVIEW. HOTEL WAS CLEAN ROOM WAS CLEAN EVERYTHING WAS COOL.WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. ANYTHING I ASKED FOR THEY GOT IT!!!!!!!!

The front desk staff was great. Took time to chat with us about what to see and what to stay away from. Shuttle only goes three miles but still better than a cab everywhere. Super close to market square, gay street, and the UT campus. Rooms were spacious and comfy

The motel was obviously renovated recently. The staff at the reception desk were courteous and helpful. The room was a "suite" (sofa and extra chair) and provided sufficient room to sit and relax.

We were there for a show at the Convention Center in Knoxville. We needed a good nights sleep before and after all that walking at the show.
We had stayed here 2 yrs ago but it is even better now that the rooms are quiet so you can rest.

Hearty breakfast buffet included with waffles, eggs, bacon, fruit & continental usuals. Pool was a bit small but nice shape with vigorous whirlpool & small separate kiddie pool. Traffic noise on side facing interstate, but very quiet across the hallway. Bed & pillows comfy. Enjoyed fireplace in lobby. Convenient to interstate & all of West Knoxville.

My husband and I stayed here as a stop over before a flight out of Knoxville airport to go on our honeymoon. We had a late check-in, but the staff was wonderful and got us all settled and up to our room in no time. Breakfast was amazing. Nice variety of both hot and cold options. Price was unbeatable. Very convenient on/off the freeway and just a very short drive to the airport. Would totally recommend to anyone.

This was our first stay in Knoxville. We did find the hotel clean, but somewhat dated. I believe for the price, we could have found a better match for our needs. We will know to look a little closer at the fine print!

Enjoyed having friends over at the hotel
This trip was really good. The downside was paying for parking. But, the hotel is walking distance from the Old City and Market Square, as well as the Strip if you have comfortable shoes. We took inexpensive cabs to the strip at night to visit our friends. This hotel is comparable to the Hilton which is slightly closer to the World's Fair Park, but the Crown Plaza was less expensive and therefore I would choose to stay there over the Hilton next time I visit Knoxville.

I travel often to Knoxville for work. The Springhill Suites at Turkey Creek is in a great location for dinner, drinks and shopping, and the staff are very professional and attentive. This hotel has become my first choice in Knoxville when visiting for business.

This was a great hotel. Close to everything. Close enough to Neyland Stadium which was our destination this trip. We could check in early as a room was ready, so we could deposit our luggage, have lunch and still make it in time for the "VOL WALK". We loved it. Bed was so comfortable we slept through breakfast!!!!!
