Pleasantly Surprised

We hadn't stayed in a Best Western in a long time. We wanted to be somewhere in this part of Knoxville. The pictures and description looked too good to be true. This was a great value. The hotel was nice, clean. No fancy amenities but, well worth the money.

Shocked!

I was expecting a "low rent" hotel. But it was very nice, the room was clean & the bed was very soft. Lot's of food choices close by too. It resembled a nice Hampton Inn. Free wifi, free breakfast. Great hotel!

Second time is always better....

Yes ! It was our second time in Knoxville and again Best Western did not disappointed us ! Excellent service, cleanliness, friendly and higly efficient stuff and new , modern decor in the rooms. We are coming back in Spring !!!!

Very top notch hotel. Excellent breakfast. Room was very clean and had a microwave and fridge. It was quiet in the hotel. Lots of places to eat nearby. The only thing that annoyed me was the sign on desk when you sign in. The sign said they do not recommend useing a debit card when you sign in and then the clerk says you need a card for a $60.00 hold just in case you use anything extra.

CLEAN AND NICE

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NICE. STAFF WAS NICE BUT WE WERE DISAPPOINTED WHEN THE "FULL BREAKFAST" WAS GONE WHEN WE CAME DOWN AT 9:30.

Football weekend
