Short walk from hotel
Market square. Interesting shops, movies and dining. Lots of people in costumes and lots of pets to enjoy.

Clean hotel and courteous staff
We were looking for a hotel to stop at on our way to Myrtle Beach, SC. Knoxville was the perfect stopping point.After a little research on [...], we decided on the Knoxville Marriott. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The rooms are a little on the smaller side, but the amenities made up for the lack of space. My children loved the buffet breakfast in the morning and the coffee was good and strong. We liked this hotel well enough to stay there again on the way back.

6 hours at the Knoxville Marriott
I arrived at 10 PM only to leave at 4 AM for an early flight the following day. I was promptly given a room and when the tv didn't work I was moved promptly to another room. Great location close to great restaurants.

Is this a joke?
I stayed at the Knoxville Marriott for a phish concert. When I checked into this large hotel i was excited to see the room. When i got to the room and realized that it was a room with a hallway on either side, i was very disappointed. "oh look out the window! its the lobby!!" they should have just put me in a maintenance closet, or just set up a tent in the parking lot. what a joke. Goodbye Orbitz you've lost my business.

Beautiful and Accomodating
The Knoxville Marriott is a beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were glad the room service was extended to midnight since we didn't get in from the UT game until 11:30. The room itself was clean and big enough to relax in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

New owners same great place
Having stayed in Knoxville many years ago, we were unsure what to expect when we arrived for our stay. Pleasingly we found the same great hotel and very friendly staff at receeption and restaurants. The only downside was they had hardwired internet service in the rooms costing $9.99 per day.

Old City Knoxville is only a short distance from the hotel; however, eat brunch at the hotel on Sundays! Very good.
