great southern hospitality
This was a half-way point for us, on our way to Florida for Spring Break. Front desk staff was VERY helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name, but she went out of her way to help us find a back way into the smoky mountains, since going thru pigeon forge can be very congested. Room was clean. And location is right off the freeway. Great place to stop!!!!

Better than most, a great value
The rooms were larger than expected for the price, breakfast included, 2x TV's in the room with kitchenette, and courteous staff. I definitely would recommend this place to the passing traveler or budget-conscious family.

COUSIN CHARMAINE'S WEDDING!!!!!!
WE ARRIVED AROUND TEN PM. WENT RIGHT IN TO FRONT AND CHECKED IN WITH NO PROBLEMS. I TOLD THE FRONT DESK LADY THAT I HAD AN EXTRA PERSON THAT WAS WITH ME AN I WOULD BE NEEDING A ROLL-A-WAY BED. SO I GOT MY KEY PARKED MY CAR AND GOT TO THE ROOM THE BED WAS WAITING FOR ME AT THE DOOR. THAT MADE MY NIGHT AND MADE ME WRITE THIS REVIEW. HOTEL WAS CLEAN ROOM WAS CLEAN EVERYTHING WAS COOL.WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. ANYTHING I ASKED FOR THEY GOT IT!!!!!!!!

Convenient location Breakfast needs more options like yogurt, bananas..oranges. Pool was good but the chlorine was too strong. It made the kids' eyes red. Good value for a one night stay along the way.

Good Night's sleep
We mainly just slept there after the football game. Hotel is about 10 miles east of the stadium, so it served as a great place to lodge for a night.

Great Hotel for the price!
We were just passing through, so we just needed a place to sleep. The room was quite and clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was at the perfect temperature. Staff was friendly.

A GREAT, inexpensive hotel
Just an overnight stay here, but the room was spacious and clean. Very friendly staff. Plenty of eating establishments in the area. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility.

I enjoy my stay at the Knoxville
I enjoy my stay at the Knoxville East Red Roof Inn & Suites. This was my first stay there. I was given a suite which was very nice. The only problem was the iron and the commode, everything esle was great. I will stay there again.
