SpringHill Suites by Marriott Knoxville at Turkey Creek

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a weekend of shopping.The beds were very comfortable. Great place to stay. Would definately stay here again.

I travel often to Knoxville for work. The Springhill Suites at Turkey Creek is in a great location for dinner, drinks and shopping, and the staff are very professional and attentive. This hotel has become my first choice in Knoxville when visiting for business.

Very clean, comfy bed, plenty of room.

The room was nice with sitting area for three adults. Malfunctioning toilet had to be reported a couple of times (they tried to fix it once that morning) but no evening maintenance so we had to get the plunger to try to fix it. Everyone was nice and the breakfast was very good. If stayed there again I would ask for the end away from the interstate noise.

The location is absolutely excellent. Turkey Creek is up an coming with brand new restaurants, aspiring to upwards mobile urbanites. The rooms are spotless and I like the somewhat contemporary and upscale decor. The breakfast was less impressive, and as an upward mobile urbanite, I was big time turned off by the fact that the staff had tuned in on the brainwashing FOX News.

Although we preferred this general location, being embedded in the hectic Turkey Creek complex was not pleasant. The decor was retro and colorful. The room was generous and well-appointed, but we found the beds to be uncomfortably soft and the pillows too thick. Lay out of the facilities was convenient with handy access to the internet. We appreciated the on-site laundry facility. We always look for a workout room and this had one, however, it was very small, included only 3 pieces of cardio equipment, and no weights or floor space for body work. We are runners and have numerous options for parks and running paths and could've used a better outfitted gym. The indoor pool and whirlpool were lovely, but in Knoxville's climate, we had hoped for an outdoor facility. Neighboring facilities offered one. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was convenient and outstanding, offering a good selection of healthy food choices. I-40 traffic noise is an unfortunate standard feature of all motels along the route, but for visibility and business travelers, this is a convenient location.

Springhill Suites @ Turkey Creek in Knoxville is an excellant place to stay. It is located in the newest and growing shopping are in Knoxville. The hotel is very well maintained and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was very nice with an excellant layout. It was quiet and being totally smoke free, very pleasureable at all times.
