Great Spot
I have to travel to Memphis every week or two, and for the price, this is my new favorite in the Memphis area. I've stayed about 8 other hotel chains before this one.

Great Stay!
This hotel had great friendly staff. The food was great. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hot tub was a very nice plus. The only downside to our stay was the pets. A dog left a not so pleasant surprise in the hallway, but staff cleaned it up right away. I would definitely stay again and would recommend their services to family and friends.

Not the first No Nickname
Disappointed in Drury
Location was conveniently right off the interstate. However, the room was uncomfortably small; mattress and large chair cushions saggy. Lobby cleanliness lacking--windows and glass surfaces in bad need of polishing. Buffets were overcrowded and cooking smells traveled up the elevator to floors above. Linens thin and worn. Even substantial discount could not entice me to stay there again.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY! :)
Guys, I am really really picky so for me to give them this type of rating is huge. I checked in with a large group (early check in too) and was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, the food was delicious, the rooms were clean. Not a bad thing to say about this place.

VERY clean, VERY secure, carpet could have been just a tad cleaner and the excercise room had only 1 of 3 machines working

Good Value, nice place to stay
We enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn - especially enjoyed the recliner in our room! Staff was friendly, helpful -snacks were great, loved the drinks, room was very clean, comfortable and the facility appeared to be well maintained. Good value - as we didn't need to eat supper or breakfast outside the hotel. Yes, would recommend and will stay again!

The bed was ok. The location was great. It was an 8 out of 10. It was nice to have breakfast. I paid $99/night and felt that was a bit much for the hotel, but it was ok. If it's all about location on the east, it was a great one, but just not the best.

Good, but not Great
The customer service was great. However, we discovered the sheets on our beds had not been changed before our arrival. I called to have them changed, and was told by someone at the service desk, they did not have access to the linen closet, so we had to wait unil the next day. We had to sleep on top of the bedspread, which was uncomfortable. When I spoke to the manager the next morning, he claimed he was unaware of the situation until the housekeeper told him, after she changed our bedding. The service desk attendant assured me that she had left in detail my complaint. Nevertheless, there was no compensation other than our sheets getting changed.
