Club-Hotel Nashville Inn & Sui

I was disappointed with this hotel. I came to stay here for 2 reasons... Free airport shuttle and free continental breakfast, which of neither I received. We needed the airport shuttle at 6 am, but their shuttle service is not available until 7 and they also told me they only got there 2 times a day...What?? So we ended up having to pay for a taxi, . The breakfast didn't open until 7am. What about the early birds and people who have early conferences. Other than that the room is very nice and clean.

The food was great, the schedules reasonable, everything would have been perfect except for the smell (as if there had been a flood). If they can get rid of that smell it would be the perfect place.

We had a very pleasant 4-night stay here during graduation week at Vanderbilt. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious for the low rate we were paying - there was room for a full desk and easy chair in addition to the very comfortable king-size bed. Also pleased to find fridge and microwave in the room. The complimentary full buffet breakfast included eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and waffles. WiFi was also free and very fast. Only disappointments were difficulty in finding parking when we arrived late (we had to park out on the street), the dreary hallways, and the fact that the pool remained closed despite the warm weather. But overall, a great value and the location was great for Opryland and OK for getting to Vanderbilt and downtown.

This is the second time I have stayed here and I have no complaints! The location is great... Just about 15-20 minutes from downtown..... The rooms are very clean and the staff was very nice. I would recommend this to anyone going to Nashville!

Location was nice, room was nice enough. Looks nicer than many of the lower end hotels and a much better breakfast. However, for the truly picky, there are a few minor things that could have been better. For example, scratched paint on the door, pieced together carpet in the closet area, leaking water above the shower. I consider these minor things and the rest of the room looked very nice. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay here.

On a pleasantly landscaped road near Nashville airport, Club-Hotel shares this strip with a number of big-chain hotels/suites. Club-Hotel exceeds the quality of most the competition in this area, but is much more affordable than the others. Free breakfast (eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, coffee and juice) make Club more enticing. Typical steam table food, not gourmet, but a complete meal. Free wi-fi in the rooms; fast enough for typical web surfing. Wish the pool had been open (92 deg. in early May), but they stated they were waiting for city approval. All in all, a good stay. OK, front desk staff was not very helpful. Clean room. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is located behind Briley Parkway, not too far from the Nashville Airport. Briley Parkway is a decent bypass from the stretch of I-24 that goes through downtown Nashville. Despite being right behind a busy section of highway, the noise was not a factor. The room was clean and comfortable and not too unreasonably priced. However, I discovered that if I had waited until a couple of days before a arrived to make my reservation, I would have saved $20 on the cost of the room. Oh well. A friendly front desk staff and a a nice clean room. I didn't partake of the pool or snacks that were provided, so I can't add anything critical about those. No reason not to recommend the hotel.

Very nice staff . I was upgraded to a suite without asking and very much appreciated that. Free cocktails, beer or wine in the evening. Free breakfast in the am, but I had a early flight so I didn't eat. Room very clean. Very good value for the money ! I'd go back if I need another Nashville airport hotel
