Nice Place
Our room was large. The bed was comfy, the 46 inch flat screen was nice. There was a wet bar, and nice desk area. The internet was slow. It was close to nice restaurants and the iinterstate. They offered a free shuttle to the Opryland Resort which we took. The driver dropped us off & picked us up when we called him. Very nice. The breakfast was very nice with hot, yummy food. The parking was plenty. It was a quiet place to stay.

The Opry Resort is nice to visit & beautiful but eat lunch of dinner before you go. It is pricey.

Pretty standard hotel
The hotel was just average, just what you may expect from any other hotel. The breakfast was a bit lame, since it only included a few types of bread and yogurt, and that's about it. No eggs or anything else. The hotel food is a bit overpriced ( 9.99 for a cold turkey pretzel sandwich). Overall, we didn't have any unpleasant experience, so I guess that's good.

Fantastic-nice people-clean, quiet room
We went for a nice get away. We found it to be in a wonderful location with the nicest most accomodating staff. We will definitely stay there again!

Great location but not a 3 star place
The hotel was coveniently located for many great activities in the Nashville area. The rooms are OK size wise but the decor is 1960's modern that is old, faded and worn looking, not what you would expect from a 3 star. Sitting area in the room not very comfortable. The walls and doors have poor insulation and you can hear everything that happens in the hallways including slamming doors in the night. Nice King Size bed that slumps in the middle is not good for the back. A few ants shared the room. TV control did not work well. Much better breakfast and not so crowded at a Hampton or Holiday Inn Express. The Hotel surprises you with a $20 per day "incidentals and damage fee" put on your credit card "just in case" that will be added back to your card if there are no charges. We will be checking our bill to make sure and maybe our lawyer to see if this is even legal (extortion at 10PM trying to check in).

Grand Ole Golf & Valley Go Karts is a great place even for adults. Very picturesque carpet golf courses and the second best Go Kart track and cars I have ever experienced. Less than a half block away.

Bad Customer Service
I ordered and paid for a room with 2 double beds. When we arrived the only room available was a room with a bed and a sofa couch. This was not acceptable. We did not want to sleep in the same bed and the sofa couch was not acceptable. The room was not as clean as it should be. Upon getting a reservation at another hotel that had a room with 2 beds I checked out.
