A happy father
Great experience
We took our son to the chess tournament at Nashville, and lived in this hotel, which is just next door with free shuttle connection. The facility is updated, quiet, and staffs are friendly. Great value! Our son performed really well in the chess tournament. Thank you Radisson! One thing, the shuttle from Radisson to Gaylord is non-stop, which is only 3 min. But the ride back is detoured to the mall, which takes longer. Looking forward a direct ride from Gaylord to Radisson shuttle in the future!

Tired and Sore
Country music half marathon
Was put in a room with two double beds. I requested a king size bed. Our room was above a bar (karaoke?) and made it virtually impossible to sleep until well after midnight. Not so great for the night before a long race. Room was not clean....hair all over the bathroom floor. Website said sleep number mattresses in most room....well definitely not in mine! Not a good experience to say the least!

Wonderful getaway
Ladies at the desk were so helpful and polite. Extras like breakfast bars, fruit and water appreciated. Restaurant inside: fun and good food. Shuttles were on time and comfortable. Unhappy about a fan that was on all the time. "Engineer" was called and told us it could not be turned off as it circulated the air. I had trouble sleeping only the last night and I wished I could have turned off the fan.

I stayed 4 nights at the Radisson at Opryland in November 2011. The room was stuffy, the curtains did not work, and activity in the corridors lasted late late into the evening. From the smell, I suspect some guests were using drugs. Not all bad, however, the shuttle to the Opryland was appreciated and front desk staff was generally friendly.

Weekend Getaway
Great Hotel, great location. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating.The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the restaurant on site.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Radison Hotel Opryland. Everyone that worked at the Hotel was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant was surprisingly good and had live entertainment. There are a variety of restaurants in the area which we liked very much.
