Welcome to the Americas Best Value Inn of Brownsville- located near Gladys Porter Zoo. Our property is conveniently located just 4 miles from Matamoros- Mexico and minutes from area attractions like Sunrise Mall- Gladys Porter Zoo- South Padre Island and University of Texas at Brownsville. it looked like a only drug attics stay there...sorry

it was very dirty! it was just very bad i was not happy at all the staff was very nice,but the place was bad.... i would never stay there again. one place that was great in Brownsville was the palace inn...loved it.

i have nothing to say,it was a bad place to stay..i sleep with y clothing fully,thinking i would get bedbugs

Best rate!

The absolute cheapest hotel I could find. For the money you get what you pay for. Good luck trying to get towels, its a constant battle The breakfast is as simple as it gets (cereal, muffins,toast and fruit) but at least you get something so no complaints. Smells like a damp basement.

Won't Stay there again

Stayed here cuz got cheap price I guess you get what u paid for. A/C didn't get room cold, tub had mildew and bathroom was dirty gunna fetch out a few more dollars next time and get a better hotel

Weekend rest

I live with roomates that have 2 new born babies. So its safe to say that i needed a desperate weekend rest. Something in the valley where its affortable. Nothing fancy just some where i can rest. This was a perfect place. GREAT on price. Had a little bit of a smell but nothing that some plug-ins couldn't fix. Over all .. i didnt want to leave.

Great Price not so great service...

I was there to visit with a special friend and stayed there for three nights and didn't like the fact that one day the cleaning staff did not clean my room. I felt that it should have been serviced no matter what. Very poor service. Not a happy camper.

good price and good service
