Only thing is that they broke down the continental breakfast early on monday a national holiday, the day after christmas. The other thing is that the first time I stayed there you charge me $112 for two nights and this last time you charge $124 for two nights.

Hard to get back on road to city downtown. Parking lot not good. Would have been better at other La Quinta location closeer to town with better access to highway.

A satisfied customer!
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was close enough to South Padre Island, yet far enough that it was a much better value for the holiday weekend. The staff was all very courteous and professional, and the rooms were large and clean. The room even had a small refrigerator and a microwave. We would definitely stay there again if we visit the area.

Great stay at an unbeatable price
We enjoyed our stay at La Quinta mainly because the room was impecably clean but we were very impressed with the courteous staff as well. Everyone was very friendly and hospitable. There was no noise whatsoever and the parking lot was well lit....we will definitely stay there again as many times as we go to Brownsville!

Even though the hotel was in Olmito, the mall was at close driving distance and so were several shopping centers.

Convenient hotel
The hotel was not very convenient as it is around 25 to 30 miles from the island its a good value for money as the hotels on the island were very expensive. Though the hotel is not great its okay for a 1 night stay. Its conveniently located beside highway 77. The room is okay and the hotel provided complimentary breakfast which was fine.
