Brownsville's Staybridge in Good Location
We chose the Staybridge because it was handy to the highway for our early morning get-a-ways for birding. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel - a very spacious room with everything we needed. The desk clerk was very helpful in recommending restaurants and providing other information. We will stay here in the future whenever we're in that part of Texas.

The Staybridge clerk recommended two restaurants, both within walking distance, and we liked both. Rudy's BBQ is an informal place, with great food. Mi Pueblito is more upscale, but not pricey. Don't miss the mushroom appetizer. It was fabulous.

Two times here and is the best hotel in Brownsville
Don't look further, this is your place to stay. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, excellent location, delicious breakfast, free cookies at the evenings, BBQ Grill for the guests, basketball court, jacuzzi, and all that for less than a 100!

Staybridge is the best
The Brownsville Staybridge was great. It was only 20 min's away from South Padre Island, and was a great alternative to staying on the beach. I love Staybridge Suites, and would recommend them to everyone.

Very family friendly
The Staybridge in Brownsville is very comfortable especially when travelling with children. The accomadations are roomy and clean. We enjoy having the kitchen as well as seperate rooms so the family can spread out a bit. The Staybridge is conveniently located around many resturants and shopping as well.
