Great stay for my home away from home
It really is a home away from home they provide you with stainless steel cooking ware and great kitchen appliances! And not to be left out, personal care are provided ( face soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste), cleaning supplies (DW soap, scrubs, trash bags, etc). Great staff, great location, accomodating and very welcoming. All this for the best of all GREAT RATE! You can't go wrong! xtra perks Hot breakfast buffet (free) In house 24 hr Market Conciegre Service ( groceries and your needs)

Not acceptable
Just not in good condition, very old, smells bad and it is ugly. Cannot believe a "hyatt" hotel would be in such poor condition.

Good hotel no problems
Clean suites, good beds, no problems. The parking is $18 a day tho, but it's secure/locked in their parking garage for safety. Great location, no problems. Wifi worked well, and free hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, waffles, juice etc) was fine.

Slightly Disappointed
Our room was clean and convenient. Breakfast in the morning was good, but only one worker to keep it stocked and that was not enough for busy mornings. Very small fitness center and it was kept too warm for workouts. Complimentary shuttle was only available intermittently. Probably would not book here again.

Great place to stay while at Houston!
Hotel was at a great area by Galleria. The room was comfortable and loved that it had a kitchen with pans, pots, utensils, etc. The room was clean and good size. The staff were wonderful. Parking is $12 a night but I noticed everywhere in Houston you have to pay for parking. Didn't mind since it is gated parking. Nothing bad to say. Very modern and kept.

If going to NASA, Aquarium, or Zoo, get a Houston city pass for $39($29 for child) and you will get into 5 attractions(Zoo, Aquarium, NASA, Natural Science Museum, and Children's Museum). Worth the price and pays for itself.

Houston Visit for Business and Fun!
Room was great! Staff was friendly! Close to I610 and Hwy 59. Had a perfect stay at this hotel!

It is OK
I was expecting a hotel (amenities, food services, etc) and they are suites for long stays, however the attention was awsome and the suites are fully equipped.

Comfortable and good value
The facilities are nice, but nothing fancy looking. However, they suited my needs perfectly. Comfortable bed, good workspace, handy little kitchen. I loved that breakfast and a light dinner are included. Although the food isn't great, it does the trick. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I think this was a very good deal for what was offered.
