Galleria hotel experience
This hotel was recently updated and looks great. Our balcony view on the 17th floor was incredible. The elevators are incredible. They are the most modern elevators that I have been on. You will receive an exclusive elevator to go directly to your floor. You will love it.

Wonderful Hotel in great area
Our recent stay at The Westin Oaks was a wonderful experience. Room was large and well appointed. Bed was great! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was ideal. Extremely convenient to shopping, day spas, dining and local highways. We would definatley stay at this hotel again.

Double charged and too much noise
While the room was clean the comfort fell short due to the incredible amount of noise coming from the nearby highway and the air conditioning units. The hotel also double charged me. While this reservation was booked through a third party and was a prepaid reservation the hotel staff failed to recognize it. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good night sleep and for efficient billing.

Great location and ambient... careful with extra charges
I had stayed before at this venue, and its been renewed recently.. The rooms were nice and spacious, and their bed is otherworldly.. On the other hand, I was surprised to know that they charge you for almost anything, bottles of water, even for 1 - 800 calls, you get a 2 dlls charge plus tax, not even in fancier hotel I have encountered that.. Btw, I reserved and pre paid through the web, but when I checked out they were charging an extra USD $130 dlls.. When I went to the fron desk to ask for it, they said "Must have been a problem with our system.." and corrected it right away..

If you have small children who like McD's, theres a Mc Donalds in the lower floor of the Galleria, they are open from 7 AM even on holidays, which is great and convenient..

We had better experience with this hotel on previous ocations
I think I got a room that was not remodeled, because past experiences had been a lot better. Even the matress smelled a little like urine!

Everythnig is excelent
The hotel are in the Galleria, is the best think that will happen, because when I bought I'll go to the hotel and letf my shopping in the room.

It is going to be good when ready
It is still remodeling the restaurant and and the rooms could be better equipped. No bottle opener in the room... Confortable beds and linen Bathroom...OK

Everything was excellent!!!
