Venetian Inn & Suites is located in Greenspoint area of Houston which is just 7 miles away from George Bush International Airport (IAH). The hotel recently renovated with modern features.

Roach Motel

I had the misfortune of staying at this roach motel for a couple of days. The owner works the front desk and is rude to everyone who checks in. Each time I visited the front office to voice my many complaints, there was another visitor checking out early because of the filthiness of the facility. The staff is incompetent led by a rude and combative manager. The tiny pool hadnt been cleaned in ages and the cleaning staff reuses garbage bags that are not completely filled with trash. The room had a funny smell and I saw a few roaches. When I went to check out earlier, the manager did not want to refund the weekly amount I previously paid. He even had the gall to say I should have paid more than I did. After 20 minutes of arguing and threatening to call the police, my money was refunded and I sped away from this roach motel as quickly as possible.
