We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was average, but very nice, clean. Our king size bed was super comfortable, slept really good. We were close to what we wanted to do which was go to the championship football game in Frisco. Shopping not to far from where we stayed which made it nice. The staff very friendly, helpful and made you feel welcome. The food in the hotel bistro was ok, great for the times you didn't want to leave to go out, so we enjoyed that option.

When I walked into the lobby and my hotel room I knew I had made the perfect selection. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was very nice during my entire stay. It was really nice to have breakfast every morning in the lobby/dining area. I was 10 minutes away from the hotel where my residency interviews were being held and less than 10 minutes from my gym. There were a number of dining places in walking distance. I would certainly stay there again and tell my friends and family about my experience.

Comfortable for business trip

The experience was very positive. The room was large, clean and furnished well. Access from the highway was good, once you knew the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was right. My only compaint was that the bed was too hard, but since I was asleep most of the time I was on it, I really can't compain too much.

This was a business trip. I am a Priority Club member(PGM) and when I asked about the PCM bags with water I was told they didn't provide those. After excercising I needed water and when I asked if I could have a bottle of water, I was told I could purchase one. It was not a pleasant or hospitable experience. I did not have a shower cap. My room was right by the elevator (very noisy).

Location was good, customer service was great as well as the comfort. Hotel was beautiful and the amentities was good. Only suggestion would be to come down a little on the price in the restaurant. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

We stay here often when excercising a weekend visit with my step children. The rooms are always clean and staff are very helpful. Pay for the breakfast if your going to be there it only cost me. Less then $3 to have eggs toast bacon home fries and juice for 5 people. Cant get that across the street at ihop! Though we do hit there for friday supper (2 kids eat free w/ 2 adults) pool outdoors is nice and laundry room a plus when their mom doesnt pack them enough clothes! Amazing jakes is nearby and many other things close by to do with 3the energetic kids!

Not bad for the cost

This place is a good place to stay if you have to stay in town for a long duration. They have a frig in every room and I like to buy things from the store to not have to eat out everyday. They have a pool and twin peaks is across the parking lot. I stay here every time I am in town. Last time it was 2 weeks. It may not be the cheapest place but I like it. I have stayed else where.

It is hard to rate staff it was one extreme to the other. Some were outstanding the others plain rude. The outstanding staff will pat them selves on the back the others will blow this off as they did me the customer. The hotel it self was great, enjoyed the theater.

Staybridge Plano could not be better located if you are working in N Dallas, Plano, Richardson area. It is walking distance to several restaurants, a Central Market and several businesses. As a Real Estate agent, I enjoyed being within two blocks of a leading real estate school for CEU's.
The facility is quite nice but the exercise facility needed some attention. TV's had some issues as well. Otherwise this is a great value at a great location just off George Bush Tollway and North Dallas Tollway near US75 Central Exprwy.

Stayed several nights for a wedding in the area - pleasant room layout and design. Free breakfast, good biz area to print out boarding passes... just an extremely reasonable price/value for the Plano area. Oh yea, looked them up prior to booking, bed bugs not a problem...just saying.

Staff was amazing. I had no problems with any of them and they were very friendly. Not a single one of them looked like they didn't want to be there. The rooms are as described, a loft, and it was a nice change of pace. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing. The only "issue" I had was at the pool area. Their little cabana thing was falling apart and dirty looking. We stayed for two nights and loved every minute of it. We would stay again.

I rented 2 rooms for my daughters 16th birthday! The teens loved the ultra modern feel of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was not rude but not overall enthused to help me either. Make sure you ask before booking a room if their is anyone renting the facility because the night we were there, the restaurant, pool area and more were closed due to a private party so that was a bummer. As far as I know they do not have double beds but instead had twin beds. This worked fine but hold less people than two doubles so its something to be aware of. They have free wifi, water and coffee in the room. Overall, we are glad we stayed there and my daughter loved the experience!

The room was nice. The bed was great, very comfortable. We did not eat at the restaurant but did have some wine. Very trendy. Only complaint is the hotel is a bit loud and the walls are thin but I would stay again.

The hotel is in a good area in Plano - if you're looking for some calm or visiting UT Dallas.. They have decent breakfast and the staff is pleasant. Overall, it is beyond average - if you're not going to spend a lot of time in the hotel, this is the perfect place - good price, decent place.
Also, there's a bunch of restaurants and stores VERY close to the hotel but the hotel is hidden away from the street so it is hard to find.

For the money and the closeness to my family it was worth it. The continental breakfast was simple, the room was decent, the shower didn't work well, I would stay here again just because the price was good, and the closeness to my family and shopping etc.

All rooms at this Motel 6 have recently been remodeled to include 32" LCD TV with AV connection for gaming, Wi-Fi available in all rooms for $2.99 per 24 hours, bathroom with granite countertops and a raised wash basin, wood-effect flooring.

good overall. But there was only one washing machine that hardly worked, and there was a line to wait for it. Then we had to stay an extra day and the new room was cheaper.

When I got to the hotel, I noticed construction equipment around the area. I asked at the desk if they were doing any remodeling. They said they were doing MAJOR remodeling and it is VERY noisy durning the day. I work in construction and the daytime could be from dawn to dusk or longer. They did help me find another hotel.

I stayed at this TownePlace for a week-long business trip. It had been recently renovated and the price was definitely right. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. My room was large and clean. Wish the TV had been larger than 19" and that the mattress had been more firm. This property is a little difficult to find if you aren't familiar with the area. It sits behind a Residence Inn and is surrounded by apartment complexes. This is a fine extended-stay option if you are doing business in the Legacy, North Plano or Frisco area. Unfortunately, there aren't a whole lot of dining options nearby and that includes delivery options. You definitely need a car to get around, but there are excellent, if pricey, dining options about 2 miles away.

The hotel is convenient to the medical center, shopping, eating places, if you have a car; The staff was nice, but I had no interaction other than check in and out. Satisfactory cleanliness. For the inexpensive price I had no expectations of a plush, upscale facility, so I wasn't disappointed.

Liked being able to buy at very affordable prices items we may have forgotten - but if not cooking in the facility coffee, milk and maybe a few other beverages should be available fresh from the fridge.

The only drawback to the hotel is that there are no eating places nearby. The little store is well stocked and the staff was great. Lighting could be improved upon. My only complaint was the moldy bathroom ceiling.

This place was not that great. The room smelled like stale feet and smoke even though it was a non smoking room. There was a spider crawling in the bed!! I immediately jumped up and slept on the couch (which was quite painful by the way). The front desk girl was young and had a snippy attitude. It's safe to say I won't be back!!!

Over 30 minutes to check in [...]. Two people in line before us, 15 min for the first; 10 for the second. Finally, our turn. Another 10 min then the manager went to inspect the room (not ready) reassigned another room.Room was bare minimum, thin towels, one (.5 oz) coffee packet. Soap sized for one (and ONLY one) shower. No shampoo or other amenities.
