Incredible staff
The people there were very accomodating. The hotel had a very low occupancy level which was good because we could hear a baby crying in a room across the hall from us. We had the pool to ourselves and the internet worked great.

This was a spur of the moment booking which I had no trouble choosing due to Drury's reputation. The location was hard to find due to the address not showing up on the GPS properly but after having to call the hotel they were able to guide me to the correct location. This has truly being one of the friendliest and helpful staff I've encountered.

Wonderful Stay
The hotel is very nice and new, well decorated. The room was large with a large bathroom and very clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was really nice to have a free gym, also. The only negative is that we weren't too impressed with the hot food at the free breakfast but there was still plenty of other food to choose from. We will definitely stay here for all our trips to San Antonio.

Comfort and modern
I've stayed at many hotels and this ranks in the top ten... clean and welcoming, modern and simple. Free parking, garage parking. Pool located outside on the fifth floor overlooking beautiful San Antonio.

Awesome stay!!
This hotel went above and beyond! After checking in, the hotel manager called up to our room to make sure we were satisfied. The complimentary snacks were very tasty and it was kid friendly! The adult drinks were very generous and I liked that the fountin drinks were available until 10pm. We traveled with a 1 yr old and the pool had a small separate pool for younger children in addition the pool's were heated. The rooms were very clean and spacious and included many amendities. The staff was very eager to help and always did it with a smile. The managers were not afraid to help bus tables or grab a mop to help clean up. Also, the breakfast was very nice. We will be staying at this hotel from now on!!!
