No service, no one present
After 12 hours of travel, I went to the Caledonian Hotel lobby to check into the April on Main Inn, but no one was anywhere around. I spent 30 min. calling 3 different numbers, till a fellow reluctantly answered, & came to give me the room key & door code. I parked the car in the town garage 5 blocks away, hauled my suitcases up the steep stairs into the Inn's hallway, found my room, but NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE. My room was clean & set up nicely, except that the the street lamp directly outside the window could not be blocked by the wooden slats. There was no service, & no other guests. I was only there for 2 nights. I've been to Park City several other times, but this is not the place to stay.

Sightseeing tip:
Short walk from hotel
Park City's Main Street is colorful, busy with tourists, cafes, boutiques, bars, a variety of good restaurants, statues & benches, fun places for children, but also very noisy, steep, & limited parking.

Aprii Inn
The location of this property could not be better! The staff at checkin were the best, completely professional. I have stayed on main street before in other properties and was less than pleased, I will recommend the April Inn to anyone who is looking for downtown convenience. The only minor issue was that the walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors.

Location CAN'T be better
Prime location, cozy rooms with great character, very reasonable price both for location and quality. I have stayed in three hotels in PC and the location of April Inn can't be topped. The hotel is in the center of the action on Main Street with proximity to restaurants and bars, deli, liquor store, and only a very short walk to the transit center. Of all the locations I've stayed at, this one is most convenient for those looking to explore Main and to utilize the shuttle system (and why would you not!) The rooms have everything you need and a fireplace! Inn is condo style with spacious rooms, full kitchen and separate living area, great for having company, decks overlooking Main. I would recommend coordinating your check in and out ahead of time as the front desk and luggage storage is in fact at another hotel. Minor inconvenience relative to the overall experience. I will be returning to the April Inn.

Location, Location, Location
We have stayed in Park City before. This trip was a quick girl's getaway. The location was perfect for dinner and night life on Main Street. The Inn is within walking distance to everything. So for the price, it was a no-brainer. I give the interior 3 stars: clean and cute. Perfect for 2 people. I little crowded for 4. Especially when 4 girls share 1 small bath. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, but that's not unusual for sofa beds. Overall, the place met our expectations based on photos and information we found on [...]. Not the nicest place we have stayed, but for the price, you can't beat the location if you want to spend time on the town.

Nightlife tip:
Short walk from hotel
Main Street social clubs and nightlife, all within walking distance from The April Inn: If you are into dancing, Harry O's is the biggest and is most fun, in my opinion, when they have a DJ verses a band or solo artist. A smaller dance club called Downstairs can also be a lot of fun. If you would rather go someplace to just chill (no dancing), The No Name Saloon always packs a fun crowd on the weekends. However, it's small and can get very crowded. The Wasatch Brewery (a little longer walk from the Inn) is great for dinner and drinks, especially if you need to accommodate a larger group. It's much larger than the No Name Saloon and doesn't get as crowded.

never again.
Got there later than expected. To check in at the april inn. You have to go to a different hotel. If you go to that second hotel after hours there is no one at the front desk, there is a number to call. And of course no live person to talk to. It tells you to go to a 3rd hotel and again if after hours there's is no one there. According to the phone your key will be inside a secured box which give you the code(it did work) but no key inside. So spent about and hour driving back and foward and nothing and there is no way to get in touch with anyone after hours. Overall a total waste of money and time and did not get to use the room.

Great time in Park City
You just cannot beat the location and the hotel was very accomodating of us during our stay. We have two small kids and they quickly arranged for a crib to be in our room for the baby, which was perfect.

Ehhh...so-so
This hotel does have an excellent location, but the walls are thin (and the main street stays up late...difficult conditions if you want to get some sleep before 3 AM), the toilet didn't flush properly, and the heater broke on our last morning there (not a good thing in Park City in the winter time).

Great ski trip
Great location, quaint character, fun place to stay if you want to be downtown and convenient to restraunts, bars, and shops. Our party of 7 all enjoyed April Inn. We initially had a problem with one of the sleeper sofas and called the front desk. They sent maintenance to check it out and they couldn't redily fix the problem, so they gave us an additional one room condo. Great service, thanks [...]! We will come back next year.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
We chose to stay here for the overall convenience. Instead of ski in ski out we decided to drive or take town lift to ski so that after we were through we could be free to walk to eat, drink and enjoy downtown. it was a good call!

The April Inn is not for guest's that have driven there car. There is no parking within 1 mile of the motel except from 8 Am to 3 am after that your car will be towed at your cost of course!! There is nobody on site if you have a problem or concern.
