Yuck!

Let me give you a rundown of what can be expected: -Hair all over the floor and linens -Mold on the ceiling and shower tiles -Dirt and dust all along the wall and in corners -TV Listings didn't match actual channels -Urine on the toilet seat when we arrived The staff need to do a much better job with taking care of the rooms.

Not recommended

not so good. room are separate like the cottage. they ae not in same building, so secuirty is main concern.

Cheap accomodation

appears to be a 1 star hotel. Staff are very helpful. Room and its amenities are old.

Wasn't satisfied

On Sunday, they gave me a room next to the ice machine. When I called the front desk, they told me that it did not work. On Wednesday evening, they replaced it with another one from 11:00 pm - 12:00 am. I heard banging, hammering, talking and then, the replacement ice machine filling up with water and ice. Making noise up to 2:00 am. Also, when I got into the room, there was not remote control to the TV and when I finally got one, it was full of static. Needless to say, I did not spend much time in the room.

Good Weekend Stay...

My stay at the hotel was great, I come to Salt Lake quite often. I decided to try a different hotel this time and I was glad I did. The only thing that could have been different is the dripping water in the bathroom. There must have been a lose faucet or something.

Comfortable and great value

The location of the hotel is close to the airport and downtown Salt Lake. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to work and a big screen TV. The staff was very friendly and breakfast, was hot and delicious. My next trip back to Salt Lake, I will stay here again.

Decent crash pad

i needed a place to crash after a late flight. the room was clean. it served my purpose.

Just for over night

The hotel name was wrong, had to proceed down a couple of blocks further. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. But no continental breakfast, the food had run out and no restocking with 40 min left to go, it was dishartening, so we walked across street to eat.

Not so good

The staff was pretty friendly at least some of them. When i got to my room you could jiggle the door and open it without a key. They had no rooms to move me to but they replaced the door lock and i was back in business. The carpet was severely stained, the tub leaked when i took a shower but the maid service seemed to try to make it as presentable as possible each day. The free continental breakfast was not good, old equipment that was not in good shape and no variety, we ended up eating elsewhere. the shuttle to the airport worked well however. A room 2 doors down from mine had all the windows blown out. the whole place needs a renovation very badly
