Bob never coming back
Not a 3 star hotel
Checked in noise all night. next morning a mouse ran across the room floor. Went to front desk told them I wanted another room, she gave me one. never once did she apologize or say she was sorry. She handed me keys for the new room and told me once I moved to bring the old keys to the desk. Night two, wedding party with Keg in hall, fights going on all night. next morning two thirds of the people in the breakfest area were in their pajamas. this was not a three star hotel!

Good Value
Lots of long-term guests and a smoking section that creeps down the hall. My room was non-smoking and as adveritised was clean, nice and smoke-free. Breakfast was good!

Good location
We biked to Leesburg on W&OD bike route from Washington, DC and spent 1 night in the hotel. It's a great location for bikers. There are Giant, CVS and some restaurants nearby. We had really a good time and we will do it again! It's a great option to spent weekend on a bike and have a break in the Best Western!

Best Western Leesburg Va
Friendly person at check in. clean room. quiet. 2 queen beds room, non-smoking was just the right size. microwave and coffee maker in room, plus full breakfast in dining area. east, fast checkout. this was our third stay and we will definitely stay there again.

best western leesburg
room 102 had very small and uncomfortable pillows and made for a bad night sleep Also the TV in that room was very old and unacceptable for TV viewing since the color was so bad and picture quality awful. Made for a long evening and even moved to the lobby for part of the show I was watching. cONSIDERING THIS ROOM WAS NOT AT A CHEAP RATE, THE EXPERIENCE WAS BAD SO IT`S BACK TO HAMPTON INNS FOR OUR FAMILY.

shuttle
shuttle to national conference center was great. Would leave on the half hour and special times upon request. Convenient breakfast as well. Restaurants in walking distance.
