Red Lion Pasco

Over the last few years we have stayed at the RL Pasco several times the location is perfect for us. The last time was 3 yrs ago when we rented several rooms for our daughters wedding party and guests a spendy but good experience. This time was the exact opposite.The staff's friendly; but the facility needs lots of help. In the late Nov snow and cold the roof leaked in many of the common areas and hallways. On the first night the 1st room they gave us had about 10% of the bathroom ceiling covered with black mold.The old wall heating unit worked intermitently, all on or all off, no adjustment to a comfortable 68-70 degrees was possible no matter how much tinkering we did. On the second night after we pointed out the mold we were given a larger,cleaner more updated room ( we wondered why we did'nt get a room like this in the first place? ) adjoining our childrens and grandchildrens room; they were there for the 2nd night. However in late Nov with temps below freezing A HEATED ROOM would have been nice for our grandchildren! NO HEAT IN THIER ADJOINING ROOM and when the desk was notified the repairmen they sent up at approx 9:00 PM tried but could get only the fan to work STILL NO HEAT. After complaining the next morning on the way out the front desk offered a "Free Breakfast". In short mold,leaks and no heat. The price was less than we had ever paid previously but we would have paid more for a room with HEAT. You do not travel to face problems but relax in comfortable clean surroundings equitably priced. We will not be back, what was once a terrific place to stay has certainly fallen on hardtimes and is in need of lots of TLC and a good repairman. Sad.

You had to pay to use the computer in lobby, most hotels I have stayed in lately provide this service free. I was unable to take my laptop and was disappointed with this service.

It was great except that a LOUD party was allowed in an adjoining room and it was very distruptive to everyone trying to sleep. The food wasn't that great ad there were several things falling apart - especially the bathroom. The counter was separating, no hot water, tub warped, no room service menu

Hotel food good taste and good selection. Glad to see balcony doors open for fresh air. Would love to have been served some designer coffee, Peets or Stumptown. Computer use should be free. Hotel workers freindly and helpful.

Room was decent. The breakfast buffet is not worth $7.00 The Bin No. 20 restaurant was very good, expensive, but good.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was too soft and the hotel too dark.

I arrived about 12:30pm they picked me up at the airport and check me in. Great service. Most places don't like to check you in until later in the afternoon.

it is a great facility for many types of travelers. centrally located to airport and to grocery store, restaurants. great to layover.

the hotel was beautiful,with many amenities i was unable to use,due to the nature of my visit(family death). I did report a shower curtain that was improperly installed,which allowed water to spill on the floor.this was never corrected during the 3 day stay. I would definitely choose to stay at this here again,if the price was lower.

The family was in town to visit relatives and celebrate Thanksgiving. The hotel is located near the freeway, making it easy to get around town. The rooms were comfortable and met our needs well. We ate our Thanksgiving meal at the hotel, which we have done in the past. This year the menu was not as wonderful as previous years. The rattlesnake sausage was a little sickening to have anywhere near my other food.
