Horrible Hotel
They didn't have our reservations. Told us there was no elevator. Gave us room keys to a room that was already occupied! Loud music until 2am from the lounge below us. 1 out of 5 lights in the room worked. Dirty room and bathroom. Horrible hotel, would not recommend to worst enemy!

Worst hotel stay ever.
I booked the best the M Hotel had to offer only to find a room with the requested criteria on the travel site didn't exist according to the front desk. The front desk then moved me to a substandard and very smelly room without explaining it was no where close to par with what I had purchased. I complained and got moved to a better suite. None of the ammenities were available when I arrived and the breakfast was incomplete. Some of the equipment for breakfast wasn't even working. I asked for a discount and the front desk said they couldn't compensate me because I booked through a travel site. At this point, I feel as if I've been robbed.

rooms need a lot of work for comfort
The hotel was simple the staff was freindly and willing to please. The rooms were smelly, kind of old and the bed was very poorly made with old sheets that didn't fit a king size bed

Never will stay here again.
Elevator was filthy, as was the carpet in the room and bedspread. I was so grossed out, I was unsure how clean the bedding was. The room did not have the air conditioner on when I got there and it was over 100 degrees outside. It never cooled down to get a good nights rest. There were no glasses in the room to have a glass of water. Fortunately, the bathroom was clean. I got stuck in the elevator for what seemed like an hour, but actually was only about 20 minutes. Did I mention that the temperature was over 100 degrees?? No apology, no room adjustment for this unfortunate occurrence. I will not be staying here again.
