Hotel Vintage Park - a Kimpton Hotel is a Four-Diamond / 3 STAR built in 1922 and renovated in 2008. The Hotel became one of Seattles most popular hotels for the business traveler. Located in the heart of the city the hotel is just a step from some of the citys best boutiques / theaters and arts. Our classic brick and limestone building built with period detailing features 124 guestrooms including 1 suite appointed with rich fabrics and custom cherry furniture. The Hotel honors the Washington State Winery Industry by dedicating each of our guestrooms to a local winery or vineyard. We invite our guests to unwind as they sample northwest varieties each evening in our cozy lobby from 500PM to 600PM for our hosted wine reception. The Tulio Ristorante has become a favorite spot for both guests and locals alike for authentic italian cuisine.

A Good Place to Live in Downtown

It's close to shops and stores. There are a lot of good restaurant nearby. And guests were invited to free wine tasting. The fireplace made us feel cosy.

Great Location, But That's It

While this hotel isn't a bad place, it misses the mark on little small things that add up to make the stay just so-so. If you can get a good price on it then this place is a good downtown tourist option. Pros: Location, location, location. Nice hotel bar. Cons: Very expensive valet parking. Walls and doors are thin, so it can get a bit noisy.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Pike's Place is a ten minute walk away, as is the monorail stop to go to Seattle Center/Space needle. The ferry terminal is also a short walk. For a splurge dinner, take the $7 cab ride to Lark, up on east Capitol Hill.

Really good hotel, great value, nice staff.

This is a good, solid hotel. The staff is all super friendly and the room I had (802) was enormous. I would gladly stay here again; this hotel is a great value. If I had any quibbles they were that the bathroom is tiny, and the fixtures in it are not as nice as the rest of the hotel. Also, the exercise room has just the bare minimum of stuff, but still enough to do some basic cardio if the weather outside is uncooperative.

Fun Weekend!

Great weekend getaway in Seattle. Hotel was in an excellent location and the room was really nice. Parking was convenient, hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary afternoon tea was delicious! A pool and larger fitness area would have been ideal, but overall, it was a spectacular stay!
