Mid-rise convenience between downtown and Belltown
The façade of the Warwick Seattle Hotel, built in 1981, belies the homey atmosphere waiting within. The clubby lobby features comfortable seating, home-style lighting and a fireplace. Margaux, the on-site restaurant, specializes in Pacific Northwest fare with a French accent. The Warwick Seattle Hotel is walking distance or a 90-second monorail ride to major attractions.

Fun, comfortable, classy and informal in the perfect neighborhood place way, Margaux has both whimsical touches in the hand-painted soft sweeps of the ceiling murals, hand-blown, bell-shaped ruby glass light fixtures and bejeweled amber ceiling fixtures that blend perfectly with dark wood accents, warm deep reds and relaxing golden tones, crisp linen napkins and plush, oversized seats and booths. Better than expected and nice view!

Went to this hotel to celebrate my birthday. Wanted to get a hotel near Belltown area but also needed it to be safe and secure. I ended up going with the deluxe room which had a chance of getting either a view of city or the space needle. The view was amazing! The bathroom was really tiny though. Since I was staying there only one night, it worked for my situation for sure.

warwick for a night

Went to a show at the Moore Theater. The Bathroom had no manually operated fan which is very handy and would make the room more comfortable and the sink was kind of clogged. It was a great trip.

A quiet, convenient respite!

I was in transit from Hawaii to D.C., and I wanted a night to rest while on my way back to D.C. And I wanted to get together with some friends for dinner. The hotel was very convenient to and from Sea-Tac Airport, and there were a number of good restaurants nearby that I could choose from.

There are a number of fine dining establishments just a short walk away. And the transportation from and to the airport is very convenienct. Lastly, the staff were all very friendly.

Seattle

Decided to stay at this hotel after reading the other reviews. The hotel was just as expected. Friendly, clean, and comfortable. One thing to note: The hotel parking is $27 for 24-hours with in and out privileges. If lucky, you may be able to find street parking.

overnight at the Warwick

My experience there was fabulous, due to the occasion. Yet the room had a worn-down quality that didn't reflect the price paid. It seemed that management was torn between presenting with a new, fresh look and a more antique-like one. Parking was steep (big city, I know) but the staff was truly courteous and lived up to the hotel's star rating.

Good location

Location was great, close to Pike's Place and the shopping centers on 5th ave. Glasses in the room were not clean, overall room was fine. It was noisy, you can hear doors slamming.

It was okay!

The staff were friendly. The hotel is in a prime location in downtown Seattle, so everything is expensive. I kept hearing cars drive by at night, so I was not able to sleep well.

Arrive early, so that you can find free parking on the streets or you will have to pay $26.00 per day to park in their garage.

The good, and the bad

Friendly staff. But very uncomfortable bed. And the hot tub wasn't hot and the jets were broken. At night people in the halls were very loud. Location wasn't bad.

Love the Warwick

Had a great view, clean room, friendly service that led me to some great dinning spots. Great pool. Over all great experience.
