Great except ...

The hotel was great w/exception of shower walls. Why is it that hotels can't figure out how to get the stream out of the bathroom. There was mildew on shower walls and it took forever for stream to leave bathroom even with door wide open! Very good room for the price, Loved having extra pillows! Was not crazy about upscale restaurant ... took too much $$$ for quality of food.

Very friendly staff and a comfortable room

The staff greeting was very welcoming. We we looking for a reasonable deal on our usual stop over to Montana from Seattle but an upgrade over a "number" motor inn. This hotel was not a disappointment. Zach had a warm greeting and the room clean and the bed perfectly comfy.

Might be nice for summer but found it bogus for winter

Mold on the wall, 9$ extra for parking and no breakfast included, I can't say I would bother going back.

Dont stay if weather is bad

I was in Spokane for some important sales Presentations. Chose this hotel for location and comfort. Bed was ultra comfortable. Room clean enough. Staff excellent. HOWEVER....some mental giant thought it a good idea to install metal roofing on the overhang just below the room window. When it rained -which it did all night - it sounded like someone beating on a pipe. A noise that was then amplified through the heating unit just under the window.....ALL NIGHT LONG. it was so loud I actually recorded the sound on my iPhone. Even tissue stuck in my ears didnt drown out the noise. The next day I did my sales presentations and drove 2-1/2 hours home on ZERO sleep. Next time, I'll skip this place and sleep on my son's couch.

Good room

Stayed for business travel/convention. The location is perfect if you need to be near the convention center - it is a 5 minute walk across the river. The staff was very helpful and the facility, though a little dated, was very good.
