You told us that it was very nice and this was where time shares stay!

The motel entrance was very dirty. The room was clean but needed some decorating and updating. The one ice machine hardly ever worked and when you called they said they were to busy working on other things.The best part it was close to Mt. Olympus. You need to tell people exactly were they are going to be staying. You told us that it was a village that were time share people stay, I don't think anyone with a time-share would of approved of this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room not cleaned before arrival

This is a Bluegreen resort & we are owners. It was booked, so I went on line & got it with you. I was not happy to see that I had to pay for a place that we have a timeshare with & was full to the owners. The room had not been cleaned. Only had a change of sheets. The jet tub & toilet were flithy, had not been cleaned in a while. Carpet not vaccumed (dead flies & food) glass stains on end tables, mirrors full of fingerprints. I called front desk & was told it would be cleaned. Only the coffee stains on the window sill was wiped. I called again on my return from dinner & was told someone from housekeeping would be out. When Sara from housekeeping saw all the concerns she was embarrassed. She was great & cleaned the whole room. Also, on the reservation it said Dear Maria, my name is not Maria. I don't know where you got Maria from? I deal with customer service everyday & I will use your service again. We can't blame you for the concerns we had. God Bless
